My wife and I decided to visit Lisburn for some Christmas Shopping and opted to have lunch at the Haslem before starting on the shops. Went in around 12.00 and asked Reception if they were serving food. On being directed to the Restaurant we were met by a member of staff who asked if we had booked a table. There was only one other person in the whole Restaurant but on saying we had not pre-booked the waitress let out a very audible sigh and then went to check the bookings. As I said there was nobody else in the Restaurant but the waitress came back and pointed to the table nearest the entrance and then left. After about 10 minutes nobody even asked us if we wanted a drink, starters or any kind of food. Both my wife and I, seeing that we were not going to be served, put on our coats and left. I reported the incident to the Manager who, while saying that he would deal with it, didn't even ask our names or details. We both walked back to our car and drove to Belfast where we had a lovely lunch at Ten Square. Needless to say it will be a long time before we go shopping in Lisburn again.

The hotel location is central and very nice. The hotel's rooms and the hotel in general are clean. Since we didn't have breakfast, I won't make any comments about it. There is sound insulation in the rooms and no noise can be heard. The people working there are really polite, helpful and solution oriented. We thank you for everything :)

Hotel to avoid!! Worst hotel!! If I could put -5 I would have! We reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child two months ago, notifying the hotel of our late arrival! When we arrived, the receptionist told us that our reservation had been canceled by the manager that same day. We found ourselves stranded with our luggage and a child under 5 years old asleep in our arms, we had to call around fifteen hotels to find two rooms in front of the receptionist who remained indifferent to our situation. Subsequently we contacted the manager to tell him about our ordeal but the only thing he found to say to us: "do you consider yourself happy that we welcomed you at the reception until 4 a.m. Morning". We left with our luggage and our child in our arms to another hotel, the receptionist had no problem seeing families walking in the streets of Antalya at 4am. Shame on you !!!

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception. New air conditioners, this is very important in hot weather. Great internet. Breakfast across the road in a cafe (cheese, egg, honey, tomatoes, cucumbers). 10 minutes walk to the sea. There is no beach, you need to go down the stairs, as there are rocks everywhere, but it is clean and beautiful. I stayed at this hotel because I came to study. I recommend.
