Great hotel, loved everything!

They display in their sites to have a private beach and it was a criterion which weighed in my choice for this hotel but once there I was informed that they had one last year not anymore

Apart from the proximity to the beach and the kindness of Bura the receptionist who was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff but it seems that the boss no longer invests to improve and renovate this hotel should be downgraded to two stars, the swimming pool needs to be redone because it is aging. The balcony on the 5th floor is dangerous because there is no protective barrier if a child enters there he risks falling from the 5th floor!. For cleaning, this is not automatic; you must ask at reception each morning. The rooms are air-conditioned but not the landings and corridors. The breakfast is ok or good.

I booked a room at this hotel through ***********. The cost of one night is more than 6,000 rubles. I relied on great reviews that turned out to be untrue. This hotel has only two advantages - proximity to the embankment and sea views from some rooms. But this is not enough for a comfortable long stay. This hotel has unfriendly employees who do not check into the rooms that were booked (we paid for a triple room with a sea view, but lived in a begged double room with a sea view). The hotel is not full, but getting a room with a view is a problem. The rooms are not cleaned. During the 6 days we stayed, they cleaned us once and only at our request. There is no proper blanket, torn curtains, one wimpy hook for four towels, the plumbing is dirty, broken, very noisy, the room is very damp, no sound insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about and if it’s noisy outside, it’s difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. The breakfast included in the price is terrible. Tea and coffee machines were constantly breaking down. There was a lot of stale food (spoiled cheese and butter, stale bread, yellowed greens). There were cucumbers only two days out of six. Dirty boiled eggs, cheap cookies that were spread out over the whole table. You don’t want to go out for such a breakfast after the second day of your stay. Wifi worked very very poorly. It didn’t load at all and constantly crashed, even if we were on the first floor. After I left a detailed review on ***********, an employee of this hotel contacted me on WhatsApp and for half a day persistently asked me to delete my comment. He tried to convince me that they treated the guests very well, as if I had not been there, and that since I did not create a scandal there on the spot, then I liked everything. I do not recommend this hotel. The atmosphere that is created there will spoil the impression of the trip. Read other reviews, they repeat the shortcomings that I describe, but the rating is high. Therefore, this hotel has a high rating, which it does not deserve.

The location of the hotel is 50 - 60 meters walking distance from Konyaaltı beach. Breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean and of sufficient size. Shower gel, shampoo etc. are available in the bathroom. There is no parking problem. I advise.
