beautiful new hotel. The room is spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, good pressure. Two minutes walk to the embankment. There was parking around the hotel. On the night of January 1, the cost of this hotel turned out to be quite low.

I experienced real stress during my stay in this hotel! First, I was moved to another room without my consent! What you see in the photos does not correspond to reality! The rooms are dirty, shabby! Then they announced that EATING IN THE ROOM IS PROHIBITED! I am in shock, that is, I supposedly cannot bring any food to the room, for example, fruits, vegetables, snacks, etc. The last situation shocked me, to put it mildly! I invited my guest, then they started calling me and asked to register him! Ok, no problem! He came down to show his passport, and I saw a picture ... How the hotel manager attacks him for no reason at all! Brutally hits him on the head, on the legs! IN RUSSIA THERE IS NO SUCH THING, AND SEEING THAT I AM A TOURIST, NO ONE WARNED ME ABOUT THE RULES OF STAYING IN A HOTEL! I was in fear for the rest of the days! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

I booked a room at this hotel through ***********. The cost of one night is more than 6,000 rubles. I relied on great reviews that turned out to be untrue. This hotel has only two advantages - proximity to the embankment and sea views from some rooms. But this is not enough for a comfortable long stay. This hotel has unfriendly employees who do not check into the rooms that were booked (we paid for a triple room with a sea view, but lived in a begged double room with a sea view). The hotel is not full, but getting a room with a view is a problem. The rooms are not cleaned. During the 6 days we stayed, they cleaned us once and only at our request. There is no proper blanket, torn curtains, one wimpy hook for four towels, the plumbing is dirty, broken, very noisy, the room is very damp, no sound insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about and if it’s noisy outside, it’s difficult to sleep even with the windows closed. The breakfast included in the price is terrible. Tea and coffee machines were constantly breaking down. There was a lot of stale food (spoiled cheese and butter, stale bread, yellowed greens). There were cucumbers only two days out of six. Dirty boiled eggs, cheap cookies that were spread out over the whole table. You don’t want to go out for such a breakfast after the second day of your stay. Wifi worked very very poorly. It didn’t load at all and constantly crashed, even if we were on the first floor. After I left a detailed review on ***********, an employee of this hotel contacted me on WhatsApp and for half a day persistently asked me to delete my comment. He tried to convince me that they treated the guests very well, as if I had not been there, and that since I did not create a scandal there on the spot, then I liked everything. I do not recommend this hotel. The atmosphere that is created there will spoil the impression of the trip. Read other reviews, they repeat the shortcomings that I describe, but the rating is high. Therefore, this hotel has a high rating, which it does not deserve.
