Don't choose this hotel! This is the best Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in! I had already checked out and the front desk called to tell me that the makeup mirror was broken and that I had to go back or the police would be called. Since I was already on the bus to Konya, I asked them to email me pictures of the broken mirror. When I received the email, I realized it was a mirror I had never seen before, so I immediately replied to the email explaining the situation. As a result, this hotel never responded to the email and directly charged my credit card more than 80 US dollars! Afterwards, I wrote an email to Hilton and the front desk manager of the hotel to explain the situation. They were also very arrogant and said that I had never mentioned the mirror issue, so they directly deducted the full amount! I replied to the email hoping that they could investigate and see if the previous customer broke it and hid it, or if an employee broke it, but they never responded to my email! The way this hotel handled the whole thing was very barbaric and unreasonable! I have never seen this mirror at all. I only stayed for one night. How could I inform you when I checked in? It is unheard of to directly charge the guest's credit card without consent! I will continue to write emails to Hilton to complain! I would like to remind everyone that if you must choose this hotel, you must check the items in the room when you check in. When you check out, you should also check the room with their staff to make sure there are no problems before leaving. They require a deposit of 100 euros for check-in.
