Excellent hotel where you can enjoy a completely all inn service. Service in restaurants. That waiters are really well educated, very good workers and enormous friendly. Some of them are really TOP waiters, the miracle have gold with them in their hands, for example Göksel, one of the waiters is even more than TOP!! However some of the staff who serve the food (not the waiters) , there is some little tiny work on it qua "savoir vivre", can be much more friendly, just like the waiters are!!

Just back from a week's All Inclusive break at this wonderful resort. Staff at check in very friendly, explained all about the free mini bar and midnight snacks ( we arrived just before midnight. ) Room was amazingly huge, very comfortable beds, fantastic shower. Facilities at the resort were plentiful, from lobby bar, to outside snack outlets. Grounds are kept beautifully, and the beach is a little slice of heaven with the mountains out in the distance. Plenty of food choices. My only gripe would be the seating arrangements in the dining hall. It was first come, first served and a bit of a free for all. There were singles or couples sitting at tables for families that would accommodate 6/8 people. I did see 1 waiter ask a couple to take a table for two rather than 4 but that was only on one occasion. I would have much preferred for the concierge at the door to take people to tables. Everything else was fantastic, a great resort with local shops a short stroll outside. WiFi worked great all around the resort. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the rooms daily and the mini bar was topped up every day. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and none of the usual rush to get them. Will definitely be recommending to other family members and can see a return visit in the future.

By far the WORST hotel I have been to , EVER. The staff are extremely rude. No respect and they act like they’re forced to work there. If you only speak English don’t even bother because not one staff member speaks a word of English. On arrival they just gave us our cards and told us to go to our rooms. We was given no tour no nothing, we had to find everything ourselves. Only on day 4 did we know there’s another restaurant near the pool which is a little walk from the main restaurants. ( which I would rate the food a solid 2/10 ) If you want a drink from the bar be prepared to wait 20 minutes and get given dirty looks if you ask for more than one drink. The food is disgusting and that’s being nice. Lunch food is awful. Dinner is awful the only OK thing is breakfast and even that the staff put you off even eating. The food staff get angry if you ask for more of something ??? Like what? I’ve paid for it. I was given dirty looks when I ask for more Nutella for my pancakes ?? There’s NO entertainment ? No pool entertainment which makes no sense ? At night they have a show for like 1 hour for the kids. Even the ‘entertainment’ team were telling us how bad the hotel is and how they don’t want to work there. Don’t listen to any of the other reviews I promise you you will thank me later, save your money. There’s cheaper hotels in Antalya that are a million times better than this. The towels also stink of kebab , they don’t change our towels when they come to clean our room, twice they just folded it and put it back nicely but when i went to open it , it had the same makeup mark on it from two days ago!! Do not bother. Boring, unorganised and absolutely rude and disrespectful staff. Also I must add there’s a shop on the hotel where sunscreen is 50 pounds … LOL I don’t even need to say anything else. The only nice people in this hotel are the non Turkish ones who work in the spa. Also I need to add I was told to delete this review by the hotel and they will try to makeup for this by giving us late checkout. I agreed and deleted my review, however that day in the restaurant the staff were so rude and miserable and sorry but a late checkout does not cancel all the horrible things about this hotel. The rudest staff ever! Never ever ever coming back here and never met such horrible rude people. Also please hire staff that at least speak 5 words of English? You’re a tourist destination most of the world speaks English? You ask them a question and they answer you in Turkish?

Returned a couple of days ago from a stay at the Miracle Resort Hotel and we had a lovely time. I travelled with my two children who are primary school age and was a bit worried about how it would work being on my own but the whole hotel is so well laid out that it was easy for me to watch them at the pool or go and get ice cream together. We never had a problem getting a sunbed, the pools are lovely and clean and there is a big variety, some with slides, to suit a lot of age groups. We tended to have a quiet morning in our room and then spend from 12 - 7 each evening there. The evening entertainment was also brilliant, such a variety and kept all three of us captivated throughout the performances. Our room was tended to everyday with clean towels and a top up of the mini bar which was great. It was a large room and everything we needed was provided. We ate in the main restaurant in the morning and evenings and by the pool during lunch time. Everything is served to you which has it's pro's and cons. It definitely prevents the people who pile their plates high and can cause a lot of wastage but it also meant if you wanted to try lots of different things in very small portions, it was a bit more difficult to explain. All in all though, it was nice food throughout and didn't impact on our experience. Premium spirits in their drinks and cocktails is also a massive plus! Some people have said that they encountered some abrasive or rude staff. I found the majority of people I had dealings with very friendly and happy but did encounter a few that wouldn't look or even acknowledge you but they are really few and far between and this can be at any place you visit so don't let it put you off. My only negative was the kids club. My youngest who is 5 asked to go. Whilst I filled out the form, there were about 3 staff members there but none engaged with him so I got him settled with some colouring and then left. 40 minutes later I went to check on him and he was standing to the side playing with a bottle of water. He said he was fine though so I left again. Went back after another 40 minutes and he was lying on a bench sobbing. The staff were just chatting amongst themselves. I asked what had happened and how long he'd been crying for and one just shrugged her shoulders at me. I left with him and he didn't go back. I probably should have raised it at the time however this wasn't something that could be rectified after the fact and also as I knew neither child would attend again I didn't see the point. None of the staff looked happy to be working in the kids club so maybe that is the issue. Other than that though, we really did have a great holiday. Miracle Resort Hotel surpasses expectations on so many levels and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. There was a lovely lady in Guest Relations who we saw one evening at a music show and she ran around with my youngest and he had a great time. The next day she remembered his name and said hello when s

On arrival, the receptionist messed up our bookings. But the next day they sorted out our room. Went for all inclusive. Very relaxed, variety of food only thing not spicy at all but selections of food all day. Highly recommended for family holidays, lots of entertimement available within the hotel, for massage and all you need to pay other than that all inclusive.

Very rude staff, especially the reception. No one explains where the pool is, where the restaurants are, they just give you the card to the room and expect you to find everything yourself. The walls in the room are so thin, it feels like they have built the walls with A4 paper, you can hear the neighbor's breathing as if he/she is lying next to you in bed. Used SPA slippers were found under the bed, we didn't get any new ones. No ugh choose another hotel, this is rubbish. We also ordered room service Turkish breakfast, it was supposed to include scrambled eggs, fried eggs with sausage, etc. but we didn't get any of that, we got 3 pieces of cheese, some salad, marmalade, 4 slices of bread and butter. And yet they wanted 30 euros for that piece of s…

Stayed for a week in April. Weather was 22-31•C. Hotel was AMAZING! By far the best hotel buffet I have ever had. Staff serve you which cuts the queues and keeps everything clean & tidy. There’s so much choice. Breads, pastas, pizzas, local foods, ice creams, kids section, Chinese (and much more) and the patisserie section is to die for. Outside by the big pool they have pizza, burgers/chicken & chips, jacket potatoes and ice creams (and bars). See attached photo for details of all food & drink options. The pools are beautiful but quite cold in April. There was a heated indoor pool. One thing to beware of is that the poolside areas are very slippy when wet. We saw quite a few little kids slip over. Take grippy pool shoes. We spent all day by the splash pool with my 4yr old. He loved making friends even though there weren’t many British there for him to talk to. There were loads of sun beds available and no one seemed to be reserving their spaces (there was no need, plenty of space). I’m not sure what it’d be like in a school holiday. You get given a towel card each which gets you pool towels (you swap the card for a towel, then swap back for a card or fresh towel). The alcohol is good quality (for example Smirnoff, Grey Goose & Absolut vodkas). The rooms were lovely. We had 2 rooms with the adjoining door kept open. Good air con and great balconies with sea views. The mini bar was refreshed every day with water, soft drinks, lager and snacks. Clean bathroom with a powerful shower. A safe in each room. TV in each room with a few English channels - but we didn’t go there to watch TV so didn’t need it much. We took Turkish Lira but it seems that Euros are more popular. The housekeeping gestured that she wanted tipping but wasn’t interested in Lira. We wished we’d been given a map of the resort as I’m sure we missed some things. The buffet is closed from 2.30-7pm and that was late for us to eat in the evening but we could eat at lunchtime then have a light tea in the lobby bar 5-6pm. The beach was lovely with loads of sun beds and some sunshade. We snorkelled in the sea which was a real highlight. There are a few shops in the hotel and a doctor if needed. There are loads of shops nearby (just across the road opposite the hotel). Our coach didn’t pick us up until 6.30pm but we could check out of our room at 12 and still use all the facilities until we left. Our cases were stored in a room by reception. We would definitely recommend a visit and hope to return.
