Miracle Resort Hotel

Great holiday experience! Everything was flawless during our time at the Miracle Resort Hotel. The hotel''s design was charming, with modern and comfortable, with spotless rooms and a stunning sea view. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, and every need was taken care of immediately. The food was diverse and delicious, with options for every taste, especially the buffet. The pools and beach area were very clean and tidy, and we had a pleasant time throughout the day. And additional thank you guests relations Farima and Beytollah

as a new married couple they gave us champagne and fruit and a free a la carte meal. Hotel was clean and tidy. the football was on so lots of things like the karaoke got cancelled ( shame). The Beach lets it down as its stoney. The midnight restaurant is a really cool idea

We went for a family holiday at the miracle resort. We had the most amazing holiday. The facilities and service is excellent. The complete crew of the hotel is amazing time. Especially Hakki, the man who worked on the terras, was the extra sunshine on our holiday. All facilities where fantastic, the food excellent. When you go here your holiday will feel like stepping in a miracle.

It was perfect , the guys from the lobby bar was amazing , everytime smiling and fast tô serve, the roem was very Nice and clean but the Server the lobby bar guys perfect Halli , vahit bural Ismail Zafer and Memet bicama friend of mine , about the food is really good and breakfast fanstatic

Well, Miracle Resort Hotel, it's been absolutely fantastic. Thank you. Brilliant location to bazzars & supermarkets. Hotel immaculately clean inside and out. We had a family room and it was huge! Atmosphere across the hotel was really relaxed during the day and came alive at night with great entertainment. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection of food and drinks in the restaurant and snack bars. Our favourite waiter was őnder őztürk, he greeted us with a smile every mealtime and was extremely attentive. 9 of us were here for 10 days and we could not fault a single thing.

The overall hotel is nice but no wow factors. Lobby: Filled with mosquitoes and swatting them away every night became a regular occurrence. Nice size with lots of seating and it’s a hit and miss with the drinks service. Bedrooms: Good size overall with a stocked mini bar (you can request extras of your favourite items). More towels would be helpful. Lifts: Queues are extremely long at peak times so if you are able use the stairs. People also jump ahead of you (including pushing a 70+ year old woman) Dining Hall: Very big and has lots to offer but sometimes it’s very overwhelming due to the amount of people. The queues are awful and people push in. Turnaround service is quick to clean up tables but sometimes easier to get your own drinks. Would also be better if they had a bigger children’s area and maybe a no small children area…lots of children screaming/crying during dinner is not everyone’s cup of tea. Swimming pool: different areas which great. Walking around the pool felt like different hotels as you had quiet areas, loud music area and quiet areas. Cleaning crew needs to do more rounds during peak times. People put towels down before 8am. Spa: amazing spa. Offer a lot of services at a good price. There was construction taking place during one of the treatments. New hotel addition looks amazing - would be even better if it was adults only area Location: cannot fault Staff: some struggle to understand basic English and some are great. Any issues just ask someone else I think it needs reorganisation, people told upon check in of what there is to do in the hotel. The app was hit and miss with lots of information missing. Again if there was a dining area dedicated to younger children who’s would make the dining experience a lot better - I don’t think people were told there is a san area but for the amount of children there were it was too small.
