Internet connection is free only in lobode and the speed is very low. There are elements that need to be restored and improved. Good for short stays and quick access to popular spots. The sea view rooms have beautiful views.

Firstly, the hotel is really clean. Maids enter daily with fresh bed linen, bottles of water, towels. Our shoes etc were moved once or twice and lined up after the floors had been swept etc, so only positive comments for the cleanliness. Staff are very miserable and unhelpful, particularly reception. Ali at the pool bar is the only happy guy so tip him if you can as he is just lovely and provides good service. Views from the hotel are beautiful, particularly on an evening. The rooms are modern but shared areas could do with a slight facelift. Rooms had little vanity boxes with cotton buds etc in which is cute, but paper cups and wooden stirrers rather than actual cups/teaspoons which I didn’t like. Food not too bad and the pool snack bar is super handy for days around the pool. If drinking spirits, the measures are very generous. The hotel is out of the way but still only a taxi ride away from old town which is nice for food and drinks. Establishments near the hotel are mainly dentists, cafes/bakerys etc and chain fast food places like Burger King, nothing massively inviting. Lara Beach also not far off and cheap by taxi

We have just returned from spending three days here. Food is absolutely fine and lots of choice Pool area clean and pool nice to swim in Drinks on offer in AI are basic but ok . Wine, beer, cocktails (sort of lol) snack bar open through day. The veranda is wonderful over the sea but stairs are a lot as lift wasn’t working (due to some Turkish law about lifts atm). We had a nice, relaxed time for little money. If there was entertainment it would have improved the experience and I would maybe return with my children for an inexpensive break by a pool with gorgeous views. Staff all friendly. Rooms clean and have been freshened up too

I am writing this review whilst spending my final night within the hotel. I don’t know where to start honestly because this hotel was beyond amazing. Everyday the rooms were cleaned, sheets changed, towels changed and 2 bottles of water put in the fridge (which was lovely in the 37 degree heat). The beds were big and the rooms in general were lovely. The food is extremely nice with lots of options to choose from. With the ability to have fresh bread, huge salad bar, fresh meat and fish section and a wide range of meals with rice + pasta your options are massive. There was a variety of drinks and the bar tenders are more than happy to make drinks upon request. I mainly stuck to the cocktails and so did my partner but we also drank beers, vodka slushes and also soft drinks when the weather made us super thirsty. There is also water dispensers everywhere. In terms of things to do at the hotel my partner had a massage that wasn’t unreasonably priced. There was a disco, foam party, water slide, sea jumps and many more. We also spoke to a holiday rep to organise a tour of Antalya which was really fun. Overall this hotel was amazing and is super affordable when it comes to all inclusive hotel trips. I would 100% come here again and recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a reasonably priced hotel.

Stayed here in June for a week. Food was good, repetitive at times but always found something to eat. Lots of choice for drinks. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Beds were hard. Staff were friendly. Pool area clean, but at times very slippery. No lifeguard at the pool, but there is one at the beach. Lots of steps in the hotel and beach, not suitable for wheelchair users and buggies. Only entertainment on Tuesday/Fridays and none throughout the day. Hotel is close to restaurants, bars, shops, taxi ranks and bus stops. Approximately 10 minutes to the Old Town and 20 minutes to Lara Beach in a taxi.

I'm not quite sure where to start but here goes. Pros: great location, most staff were friendly even though there wasn't much English spoken (which we did not mind we are in another country afterall and respected that) we found ways of communicating which was very helpful. Cons: 1. no lift to cliffs side beach and therefore had to climb lots of stairs and not a very inclusive for anyone with mobility issues. 2. Elevators are very slow... a family waited 10mins for the elevator prior to us arriving which is unacceptable luckily the cleaner was helpful to us and the family waiting for the lift and was able to give access via staff elevator. 3. The food is very basic and bland. It felt like the same thing but, different day. Whether that be just with an ammendment such different sauce or either Grilled or fried. The best thing about the food is possibly the breakfast and the various Salads available. There's alot of deep frying to keep up with guest capacity when items such as burgers etc should be Grilled they're normally saturated with oil. I tried having fries by the pool I asked the young cook to please fry them properly to make them crispy and not soggy because it's only been heated and not well fried. He looked at me with an attitude spoke his language under his breath and dumped the fries into the container and walked off (this is why I said most staff are friendly). There were many couples and families we spoke to who shared our sentiments that the food was really bland and lack luster. I was also trying to mention this in my review because Sedat(staff) did try to resolve the issue by speaking to the kitchen but I kind of felt the kitchen staff response was kind of unhelpful. However Sedat had a kind approach. However, I belive there is a massive quality issue in general but, under NO circumstances should someone find FLY LARVAE in their food (I did take a video and picture but decides not to post). The fruits offered was the same everyday. The stores and restaurants around offer a variety of fresh fruits. We even visited restaurants who offered a range of fruits. The fresh bread daily was also one of the highlights. Possibly one of the best things offered. Some days we missed breakfast and went for lunch. 4. "The premium drinks" such as ice tea which is really cheap in local shops were been charged for although all inclusive. Mini bar only contains water (just in case you think theres anything else). They claim its stocked twice a day but this only occurred on 2 occasion during our 10 day stay. Additionally we bought extra water because it was super warm. The waters meant to be for tea/coffee in the room as well as normal consumption. We actually got the idea from seeing and speaking to dome guests who also purchased water. . I don't think this should be called a mini bar. This should be called water cooler. Matter of fact the fridge radiates alot of heat into the room almost stunting the AC. 5.
