The best hotel for family vacation

Firstly, the original reservation was for another hotel. But something didn’t work out with tripcom with the reservation and they offered this hotel instead of the booked one. There is no elevator. The room is disgustingly dirty. Cleaning is done every 4 days, but it can hardly be called cleaning. They did absolutely nothing. There is a washing machine, but no powder. There was no water for days! I don't recommend it

Made this booking on behalf of a friend, who had NOT a good experience at this place at all. With the exception of Manager Diana, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be a different way of treating locals, foreigners and men and women. Additionally halfway through stay, an email was received saying guest had not booked in (?) and booking was cancelled. If they fail to get the basics right all other elements of the place become invalid. Would not recommend found it all most unhelpful.

This apartment is great if you are looking to explore the town of antalya. It is a 5 minute walk from konyaalti beach and several restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets. They also have a nice pool and receptionists are available to help. Neçat was the best worker - he offered a lot of services to us and provided everything we asked for with a fast and friendly service. Bedrooms are clean and kitchen has facilities. However toiletries are not provided - only soap and shampoo.

I stayed at Aspendos Seaside with my family for who weeks. We had an amazing experience. The staff were there 24 hours and always helpful. They speak English and care about the guests needs. The rooms were clean and fully equipped. The place is located near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and park for the kids. The pool area was cosy and clean. I can recommend it to everyone, friends or family, it's suitable for all. They even have child safe beds and chairs available for the youngest. I strongly recommend this place!

We originally booked 1 night through AirBnb, ended up extending our stay for 1 month. Over all the places we found this place really felt like home. Nice large suites with excellent staff that took care of every need we had. Ertugrul bey and his team were magnificent. - Has staff at entrance 24x7, made us feel very secure - They clean rooms every few days, change sheets, etc, - Amazing location. Safe, close to beach, great restaurants and coffee shops. - Great internet, each room has dedicated 25/5 VDSL and apparently they will upgrade as soon as area allows better. - Overall we loved our stay and will be returning in a few months. Highly recommended.
