It’s my second time in this hotel and this is easy to recommend if you want to be around the old town. This time the room was a bit smaller and it didn’t have a kitchen, so make sure to ask if those bigger rooms are available

Good location and clean however no handsoap/bodywash/shampoo were there. Was provided when requested but dispensers were broken so it was leaking and tea bags had mould in it.

The room was clean, but the inside of the refrigerator was very dirty and had been used with food and cigarette scraps left by someone else. I asked several times during the five days we were there for it to be cleaned, and they always said yes, but it was never done during the five days we were there. There were three different male receptionists and one female receptionist. Only two of them were friendly, and the other two were not friendly and were not warm people. They had bad faces all the time, didn't solve anything, and just made more and more excuses not to help you. So I'm complaining about the poor service at reception. However, the location is excellent and the surrounding area is very safe.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. The rooms after renovation, even the budget ones look decent, clean. The hotel staff is wonderful👍 They solve problems quickly and without conflicts. I really liked the hotel. Not far from the hotel is the old town with beautiful streets. If you go right from the sea, there are a lot of cafes with amazing views, parks. In general, come, you will not regret it.

The location is great, the room is bright and clean. There is no refrigerator and chair, but it is not critical. Overall, I liked everything.

A hotel I stayed in and it was new in February 2025. The weather was cold and there was hot air conditioning. The room overlooked the Market Mark and the tram from the airport to the hotel door. All my transportation by public transportation, the market, restaurants and tourist places are very close to you. It is wonderful in every sense of the word. The staff are upscale and cooperative. I highly recommend it according to the room I took. I will visit again soon. Thanks to the staff.

The male staff member working at the breakfast area had a lovely smile and left a lasting impression on me. The walls were very thin, and the Russian guy staying next door was talking loudly every night, which was annoying. I could clearly hear what he was saying. It seemed like they were all booking different rooms, but they were talking loudly in the hallway right in front of my room, which was unpleasant. (12am) After checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel and when I came back from sightseeing in the city, I asked if they could lend me a face towel for a moment, but they coldly refused, saying that there was no such service. They said that if I wanted to use that many towels, I should buy one outside. The staff member couldn't speak English, so we communicated in Turkish using a translation app, but I couldn't understand why it was wrong to use a towel for just a moment. There were plenty of towels just by going downstairs. This is an unfriendly hotel. Then the problem came after that. When I gave up and was about to leave the hotel, a Turkish male guest came to the front desk, and the staff member was talking to the guest right in front of me about what he had said to me. I don't speak Turkish, but somehow it seemed like they were saying something bad about me. I wonder if they think they can say anything just because they don't understand the language. I love Turkey, and this was my second time here, and I chose Antalya to go somewhere other than Istanbul for the first time, but it was a very unpleasant end to my trip. I'll never come back. If you've read this far, I definitely don't recommend staying here.
