When I checked in, the hotel staff thought I was a walk-in guest and charged me 45 euros per night on the spot. The staff's English skills were difficult to communicate with and they didn't understand English very well. Afterwards, I showed my Trip.com check-in voucher and the staff used theirs. System check I am the guest who has reserved the room. When I arrived at the room, I found that the trash can in the bathroom had not been cleaned, and there was garbage from the previous guest. There were also a lot of hairs on the sheets and pillowcases that had not been cleaned. The walls of the bathroom were also tattered, and there were no light bulbs in the shower room. , Insufficient lighting. Apart from the good location, I have no other comments about this hotel.
