I recently stayed at Ema and had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked a premium suite well in advance, explicitly mentioning that I was traveling with a 1-year-old baby and a 7-year-old child, and requested proper bedding for them. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, and we had to wait while the beds were made. Additionally, there was no parking available in the front, so we were forced to park at the back of the property, which was a hassle with young children in tow. To make matters worse, the receptionist seemed completely unprepared for our arrival. He had to search for our reservation and then took additional time to create our room keys, indicating there was absolutely no preparation done in advance. The reception was unwelcoming, lacking any form of empathy or courtesy. There was no effort made to compensate for the poor service, and the overall attitude was indifferent. To top it off, the maintenance and hygiene standards were shockingly low for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel is very nice and convenient if going to Antalya airport. Staff was nice. Only downside, there is no elevator.

We liked the hotel, everything was as described, it has a swimming pool and nice cats. We left early so can’t tell anything about the breakfast. The only downside is the room smells of cigarette smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking one, the furniture and bedding smells of it, it was hard to sleep.

We stayed in Ema Houses one night just before our flight back home. Really like the area, helpful stuff, convenient room with comfortable bed. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, we took it for an overnight stay near the airport, clean, quiet and pleasant. After a difficult flight, a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere were important. We were very pleased. In the morning, the aesthetics of the hotel raised our spirits at breakfast. Good parking was also pleasing.

This hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the airport. The room is very clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. In order to catch the early flight the next day, there are several large motorcycles nearby, which are very convenient for eating and shopping. I took Uber to the airport the next morning, which seemed to be more cost-effective than taking a taxi. The taxis here don't use meters, and the driver charges whatever he says. The price is much more expensive than in China. The Chu drivers rip off the Chinese.

The hotel is very good, Not very big with a nice swimming pool, I stayed there for one night, The bedding is really not bad, however there were no sheets in the room The staff is rather nice, The breakfast is not very varied, but as I am more of a coffee person it was more than enough for me As for the location it is 10 minutes by taxi from the airport and 10 minutes on foot from the Antalya mall

10 points is good as an airport hotel. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport and the service desk operates 24 hours a day. And there is free parking and breakfast. I also saw that there is a swimming pool although there was not enough time to use it. The overall hotel is new and clean, and the evening waiter helped take the luggage from the car to the room. Breakfast is not missing. 

Good hotel (for an overnight stay). Everything was great. Advice: When you get into a taxi (there are unscrupulous taxis) ask to turn on the meter. From Terminal 2 to the hotel it costs on average 260 TL (this is about 8€). Breakfast was included. You won't be able to overeat, but you can have a snack. If during the day you can walk to the supermarket (about 1 km). I don't recommend walking in the evening (industrial area).

The hotel is new. Good repair. Large bright rooms. Swimming pool. Located near the airport. Convenient for transit.

When checking in, we were put in the worst room - opposite the reception on the 1st floor, where there should have been a storage room with mops. So all night we listened to the conversations and laughter of everyone checking in and out, while the hotel required us to get enough sleep one night before the flight, and we did not sleep at all. After all, I specially paid extra for a room with a view of the courtyard, and not the street. For the silence. But everything turned out differently. For this price, it would be better to choose the neighboring Hilton. The price is comparable. The staff is not friendly, they do not say hello, do not say goodbye, they are reluctant to answer questions. In the bathroom, the mirror lighting is broken and sparkled like at a disco, blinding. Wi-Fi only worked in the morning, since they manually give access to each guest when they have time for it. There are a lot of people, a crowd of children at breakfast.

The family room is large enough, with 2 80-cm small beds and a 1.5-cm large bed, and the greenery in the yard is also beautiful. It is very close to the airport, with parking spaces and a large shopping mall next to it, which is quite suitable for a one-night stop at the airport.

The room is clean, newly renovated. The staff is very unfriendly, it took a long time to check in, the internet didn't work several times. The employee answered discontentedly that he hadn't yet processed the documents of those who checked in much earlier. And the internet will appear only after everyone is processed in the order of the queue. We paid for breakfast, asked to give it to go, because of the early flight, they refused. There is a bad feeling, I won't stay again.
