Hotels near Duden Waterfalls - Karpuzkaldıran Cross Park in Antalya

I came here with family and called pre arrival with my 8 month old and had luggages the guys at the reception did not even help to bring the bags in and just watched us. We arrived midnight and was made waiting for the room. One of the guys that were at the desk went to sort the room out and came back and asked for a throw and pillow. We then was told to follow them and they took us to a part building behind the hotel after the hall knowing we had 5 pieces of luggages a buggy and a 8 month old up the stairs. Once we landed on the ground floor of the part building not even the main building they tried to put us levels down into the basement ( stairs no lift) like the proper poor section. Once my husband mentioned to the guy what kind of a room is this with this baby knowing we called back hand he said to my husband that he was a ‘ security’ and has nothing to do with the room selection. They try to throw us in the basement that does not even have a window with a baby knowing we have so many luggages and a baby with no lift or access to make life easier only For the money. This hotel was 7K in turkish liras roughly a tick of £200 but it was not even worth a free stay. I was so gobsmacked that I had to just leave that place as they were taking the absolute p deliberately. Once i went to the reception and was really frustrated He said that he will arrange another room which i did not accept and told him to take us out of the system only because they tried to mug us off and give us the most rubbish trampy room yet get the most money out of us pass the worth of the property. Rudest staff, the most rubbish hotel. do not believe the good reviews knowing im a family wit h a baby i had to go around the city 1 am in the morning in the taxi trying to get a space in another hotel and have travelled so many places yet have not ever come across something like this. Also the hotel is in the most rubbish location that the planes noise is just in your ear and very close to the building like its going to hit it so Impossible for anyone to sleep in that hotel as its near the airport on the landing. The most rubbish experience do not ever go here trust my word.

Very close to the airport to spend a night there if you have a flight very early in the morning. I had an issue with the reception. They requested the payment again but it was paid through Trip.com and I had to showed them the expense on my bank account. Rooms are confortable.

Easy checkin. The lady at the reception was kind to arrange for our requirements. Easy, fast and hassle free, just as you expect from the brand They took care of our requirements of accepting a delivery on our behalf store our bags. Looking forward to the next stay. Slightly longer..

The area is clean and nice, rooms are also cleaned well. The food is delicious. I guess these are all the advantages of the hotel . Now I wanna speak about the stuffs here. We send an email in advance that we would like a room with the balcony, they replied positively. When we came it turned out that all rooms with the balcony are full and we would get our room the next day. The next day there were no empty balcony rooms as well. The blond haired woman at reception couldn’t accept her mistake, she was rude and indifferent to our problem. About extra charged services. Juices, sweet soda and etc are extra charged. We were surprised, as we faced this for the first time. Before we came we asked if there are shampoos and hair conditioner, they said that they have it. When we came as a woman I was really disappointed. One day they didn’t give us the stuffs for hair and at midnight we went to the stuffs room ourselves to get all I heed for my hair. And I found out that they mix normal shampoo and hair conditioner with water! The hotel tries to save from the guests, a very disgusting way to save money, really. At least could buy the cheapest shampoo and hair conditioner and give it to the guests.

Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.

Our family of four drives! Parking is very convenient. After 5 minutes, it is a large supermarket. I bought oil, breakfast sausage, horn melon, and rice. I cooked a super delicious rice porridge. I was worried about whether Turkish rice would not be suitable for porridge. It turns out that it is not only suitable but also very tasty. The rice oil cooked is very sweet and satisfies the appetite that was tortured by Turkish breakfast for a few days! Of course, the health itself has to be cleaned up. The garbage can be taken downstairs and thrown in the trash can at the entrance of the hotel. I have seen many residents do the same! Three rooms, one master bedroom downstairs, two single bed rooms upstairs, one child, one child is very happy. The hotel is very comfortable and is recommended by the heart!

The hotel is very beautiful, the facilities are first-class, the food for three meals a day is very colorful and the service is very attentive. Every moment you go, there is very attentive service. Alcohol and beverages are fully stocked, and the bar service is 24 hours. The hygiene is very clean The room is cleaned every day and there are free drinks in your room refrigerator every day. I was very happy and satisfied with my six days stay.

New structure dedicated to ''5 stars'', a prepared and multilingual H24 reception. The apartment, and very comfortable, clean, light and with all the comforts, A/C, sofa, chair, kitchen with oven, table to eat big cool, washing machine. The bedroom, double with A/C, comfortable bed and bleeding. Nearly behind the airport, there are considerable air traffic but little urban traffic.

Location is good, check in is also easy, friendly recpetion, shops around. The shower pipe is not adjustable so water flow is fixed to one direction, I am short so it was a bit difficult to get under it unless if you hold in hand and wash yourself. The ground floor apartment gets noise when people are moving in and out of property, otherwise good experience.

Great hotel with great facilities, lovely views and decent breakfast. Rooms are very weird decor but clean and had everything you'll need. Usual extremely high priced mini bar as well, including chilled condoms. We opted for a sea view which is well worth it as the view was great. The revolving part is pretty small so while more expensive, you'll only get a view half the time as it'll turn to face the hotel, in my opinion not worth it. Breakfast selection was good (if you like sweet pastry like me, watch out for them mislabeling the apple pastry as cheese pastry, not pleasant), lots of fruit and hot and cold options. Coffee wasn't great but plenty of it anyway. Pool area was great, plenty of beds and didn't get overly busy. You can order food and drink (overpriced but I'll come back to that). There's also a cliff bathing area with a small bar. We didn't use it during the day but went down for sunset as it was a beautiful view and had a small seating area. Weirdly quiet at sunset but fine by us. Lots of beds down there but rocky and choppy sea, so didn't appeal to for swimming. You'd not be able to take small children in there either. There's a few restaurants around the hotel, the one opposite, zahtar, I'd recommend, great prices, great food and great service. There's also a small supermarket and a slightly bigger one just down the road. There are lockers and showers on the spa floor that you are free to use and very handy if you have a late departure as you can check out but use these facilities. Our only frustrations were as below but these wouldn't be major issues just thought I'd mention in case they affect anyone else. We arrived very early, 5 am, but didn't want to pay for early check in with us not wanting to actually sleep in the room then, they said the room would be ready at 11am, which would have been great, we asked to pay for breakfast which was 440TRY £22 which was a lot but it was fine as it was worth it for the convenience on the first day. We could relax in the dining area as it was vast with sofas and facilities, then relax by the pool. Someone came to inform us that the to would be ready for 9, we went up at 9, wasn't ready. It'll be ready in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later wasn't ready. Again told 30 minutes. We have it 45, went back and it was eventually ready. Pretty much at 11 like they'd said previously. The other frustration we had was by the pool. We'd bought crisps to have as a snack by the pool as they only offer bigger meals like sandwiches and wraps that we saw, no snacks. The first couple of days we were able up snack pretty openly by the pool. On the third day we'd bought a big bottle of coke to have and this was clearly a step to far as they told us we couldn't consume outside food by the pool. It's a bit of an archaic rule these days especially when they are charging a ridiculous markup for coke when there's a shop over the road.
