Konak Avula Boutique Hotel

We went for our weekend holiday. A wonderful hotel right in the middle of the historical Antakya center, within walking distance to everywhere. We were hosted very well, thank you very much to Mr. Hasan and the hotel staff. You can choose it without any hesitation.

Konak Avula, which we made a reservation for our 2-night trip in Antakya by phone, did not disappoint us. We reached the hotel in a very short time with Havaş from the airport. First of all, since the hotel is located in Uzun Çarşı, it is very central and within walking distance to many places. We could easily reach all restaurants on foot. This is a great advantage, especially if you are going to be in Old Antakya. We stayed in one of the large rooms on the upper floor overlooking the courtyard. Due to the structure of the hotel, almost all rooms overlook the courtyard and unfortunately, due to its location, you cannot avoid the noise. If your priority is a quiet evening, you should not choose the center, and that is a separate footnote. We did not come by car, so we did not have a parking problem and chose this place. The options at breakfast are sufficient, you can find local products of the region. It is a building that has been very successfully renovated and a lot of effort has gone into it. The staff was very helpful, they answered all our questions both during the reservation phase and during our stay, and they were extremely helpful. We would especially like to thank Ms. Betül and Mr. Ergin. If we come to Antakya again, we can choose Konak Avula.

First of all, the location of the place is perfect. It is directly in the heart of the bazaar, but the sound of the bazaar chaos does not reach you at all. The perfect place to relax. His welcome and attention were very good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was very delicious. It was a local breakfast. One of the most important things was great attention to hygiene. It is definitely a place to stay when you come to Hatay. It was extremely peaceful, we loved it as a family.

A new boutique hotel created by combining 3 old mansions after restoration, with an entrance in the middle of Uzun Bazaar, in the most central location of Antakya. The courtyard of the hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are clean. The breakfast included local delicacies, was sufficient and very delicious. Since it is very central, we contacted the hotel when we approached the hotel to avoid parking problems and they provided us with free valet and parking services. Since it is a new hotel, there are some deficiencies, I hope they will fix them as soon as possible. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Ergin, for their interest.
