The view of the hotel is amazing! Outside the window is a green mountain view, and you can see the stars at night. I feel relaxed. The front desk lady Betty and the duty manager Kerr were very considerate. They not only helped us arrange the room with the best view, but also recommended nearby attractions and food. The service attitude is really amazing, full marks!

Bailian Hotel has a good design style and pays attention to privacy protection. The airport pick-up service provided by the hotel is very thoughtful, and the scenic spot tickets and battery car scenic spot shuttle are very punctual, and the service is very enthusiastic! The hotel meals are a perfect combination of local characteristics and fusion dishes, with moderate prices and unique and pleasant tastes. The most distinctive is the afternoon tea in the waterfall tea garden. While listening to the sound of the waterfall, tasting tea and watching the scenery, it really achieves the comfort of emptying and relaxing. The hotel's travel photographer has superb photography skills and took a long-lost youthful look for us. This is the highlight of this trip to Bailian! Of course, soaking in the hot springs in the hotel is still the best vacation mode for Bailian! In the future, we will have the opportunity to go to other Bailian hotels to experience different styles and services. Bailian Hotel is worth recommending!

Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

The hotel's exterior and interior (lobby, restaurant, guest rooms) are luxurious and clean, the accommodation is quiet and comfortable, and the environment around the hotel is also elegant. The breakfast is rich and delicious, but the protein food can be increased. The front desk staff has a good attitude. We are foreign tourists and are not familiar with the local system. We can't book tickets for the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area using foreign credit cards. Fortunately, the front desk staff Zhang Feng and Han Shuai were enthusiastic to help us and spent extra time to help us book. We were able to visit the long-admired Huangguoshu Waterfall. We are very grateful for their help.

The room was great. Although there were few guests in the off-season of March, we were upgraded to a suite for free. The facilities were clean and sanitary, there was a separate cloakroom and study, and the mattress was moderately soft and hard, which was conducive to sleep. Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!
