這個酒店真的是一言難盡，樓梯和電梯非常麻煩，從酒店進去上電梯之後要輸密碼開門酒店前台沒有告知密碼，酒店前台電話打了五六個電話一直打不通，還是叫朋友過來幫開的門。第二天早上洗頭，酒店放的洗浴用品兩小袋全是沐浴露沒有洗髮水。早上聯繫前台打了三四個電話還是一直通話中，用酒店的座機給酒店前台打電話還是打不通。中午下樓退房坐電梯到前台那層，又要輸密碼開門，打了三四個電話換了手機打依舊打不通。衹能到平層又爬兩層樓梯上來退房，然後又從樓梯下去。中午開車離開的時候讓交停車費，酒店寫的是免費停車，去找酒店拿了停車券，結果別人説酒店的停車券不管用，問酒店酒店説要到小區裏面停車才可以，提前也沒有講清楚，非常麻煩。問酒店為什麼電話一直不接，前台説剛才接電話沒有放好，事實是從前一晚到第二天中午打了無數個電話一次也沒有接通過。非常非常影響體驗感。

前台小妹服務非常好，很熱情！必須差評6001這間所謂的豪華房？酒店設施都在房間外窗户下，噪音無法入睡，同伴吃葯物助眠，用紙巾塞耳朵，無濟於事，請問酒店老闆，你們良心何在？

早餐的沒定過不知道如何，其他都還可以 挺舒適，就是前台服務極差，來幾次了每個前台也就那樣吧，很拽很隨便！建議老闆自己親身體驗一下！！

房間很乾凈，新裝修的酒店風格讓人很舒服，用的洗漱用品品質很好，看得出老闆很用心，客房阿姨非常非常客氣，需要什麼都能很快送來，總的來説這次入住非常滿意！

訂這個酒店，是因為看是新開的，想着各方面應該都不會太差，結果護墊這麼臟，保潔阿姨換床單被套的時候不管嗎？衞生是真的差，出熱水也很慢，除了設施新一點，8008房間旁邊是個酒吧晚上特別吵，晚上兩點過才睡着，還有就是我弄了延時退房，然後給我説沒有用，沒有這個服務上架來幹什麼？
