Family room, 560/night, not cheap even in the local area 1. The air conditioning in this hotel is just for show. I called the front desk and they said the weather was not very cold, so the central air conditioning was not heating. It was clearly cooling down. They sent a heater. I complained the next day and they said they turned it on after we called. The central air conditioner needs time to start, but we turned it on all night and there was no hot air. The air conditioner needs to be called to the front desk to start. You can judge for yourself. As for whether the hotel air conditioner is turned on, you can refer to the previous negative review in summer. For those who reported the air-conditioning problem, please send a fan or they will almost die from the heat. 2. The toilet does not have a ventilator, which means it is not only smelly, but also cannot be exhausted. Hot spring hotels are humid. After returning to give the children a bath, there is no way to deal with the water on the ground. The next day, there is still water on the ground. It is necessary to go in and out of the toilet and bathroom. Be extra careful. There seems to be a dryer in the room, but there is no indication when checking in that it is a dryer and how to use it, so I guess it is a dryer, but the hotel needs a dryer. This is the first time I have seen it. 3Soundproofing🟰No soundproofing. Opposite the parent-child room is the mahjong room. The noise lasted until 2 a.m. I called the front desk three times to ask them to solve it, but they couldn't stop the other party. They kept doing it until late and finished by themselves. In the morning, the window was outside the parking lot exit. The tour bus would pick people up there early in the morning. A group of grandpas and grandmas kept shouting outside to gather. This lasted until early in the morning. Our one-year-old child and we hardly slept well. 4. The TV is not facing the bed. You can't watch TV while lying in bed. If you need this, don't come here.

Hotel: The rooms and services are very good. The beauty at the front desk also gave small gifts to the children. Thank you very much! There is always the sound of water dripping in the parent-child room near the window because of the rain. There are earplugs in the room that can be used, but the bottom of the small bed is not fixed and can easily slide. The hotel can consider whether it can be fixed. Hot spring: Because it rained that day, we only chose a covered place to soak in the hot spring. The little one had a great time, but some of the equipment in the indoor children's play area and swimming pool did not start up.

Butler Xiaomiao's service is very warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, the location is good, and the scenery near the lake is beautiful! The attitude at the front desk was great, the sanitation was done in a timely manner, the service response was quick, the self-service laundry was very good, the dehydration and drying of our swimsuits provided great convenience, and the hot springs were great!

But there are no convenience stores or supermarkets around, so it’s inconvenient and you can’t even buy yogurt. The hotel is old, the facilities are old, the floor is creaking, and the hair dryer is broken. The light at the door suddenly came on at around two o'clock in the middle of the first day, and then went completely dark, which shocked me. I called the front desk and found out there was a power outage. After the call came, the air conditioner stopped working. It was very noisy with the windows open, and very stuffy without the windows. I couldn't sleep like this all night. The next day, the air conditioner in another room still didn't work. The breakfast was too bad, just like an average town guest house. I didn't eat it the next day and ordered takeout. There are not many hot springs to soak in, and there is an additional charge for the fish therapy pool inside. There is no floating board for children, everything is charged separately. The only advantage is that the service is not bad and it is close to Hongshan Lake and convenient for visiting.

It's a pretty good hotel. The hot spring has more than a dozen open-air private bathing pools. It's very comfortable to take a dip at night. In addition, there are many fast chargers in the hotel's underground parking lot. The charging price is also cheap, which is very suitable for self-driving.
