酒店位置優越，周邊繁華，酒店設施齊全，入住體驗不錯！就是樓道服務員素質太差，一大早就在過道上大聲説話，被吵醒很多次！軟件服務拉低了硬件水平……

兩個問題： 1，兩個房型 價格一致 但是一間很大 一間很小 還安排到走廊的兩個盡頭 一間是2101 就是小的那間 問了前台 説的就是一樣的房型 2，空調都不暖和 2101隻有機器響 完全沒有熱風 喊人來看 來的人抱起被子來 然後説空調出風口小 我直接説：等於你們就是明明曉得空調有問題不可能修好 順便帶個被子來嘛？ 不鬧都是因為服務態度不算差 二是過春節衹住四天三晚 連鎖酒店還是做好點嘛

房間內有很重的下水道味道，還是連鎖酒店，後面第二天住的還是一樣味道很重 建議酒店檢查一下，其他衞生還是可以，

總體還可以，但是浴室居然無掛鈎，花灑噴頭已經鬆動，但是宜尚大潤發店前台王含池小姐姐，笑容甜美，服務周到能讓人滿意
