The front desk manager's surname is Bao, right? Take care of yourself and don't get sick often. There is a poker face in black at the front desk, who can't speak a word, and if he doesn't like to do service, he will do something else.

Facilities: The room is larger, the shower is separated from wet and dry, but there is no overhead shower Cleanliness: Overall good, but there is paper at the door of the shower room that has not been cleaned Environment: The location is not very good. You basically have to take a taxi to travel.

I called the front desk and picked up the receiver to find that the landline was [more dirty] and had hair on it. After the front desk came up, they called their manager. Their manager said that she also found that the linen in the hotel had a lot of dirty stains these days, but the business was good, and the linen was not enough. The waiter saw that there was dirty linen, so she could only spread it like this for guests (with a video call); After waiting for fifteen minutes, the front desk changed me to a standard room before I checked in and went to bed. I was about to take a bath, but I found a large lump of [black stains] on the bath towel. Outrageous

房間很不錯 而且不會很吵 來這裏考試的，中間發生一點點小插曲，但是前台服務都很好，解決事情態度不拖拉，賓至如歸，像回到自己家一樣，早餐也挺豐富的。裝修也很不錯，下次有機會還住這裏。

酒店蠻新的，不在市中心，但旁邊很近地方有萬象城，如果不想走遠，吃飯也很方便。我們自駕從黃果樹回來，準備第二天去龍宮，停車在後院，非常方便，前台看我們帶着孩子貼心的升級了家庭房，早餐按照這個價位已經算是很不錯了，總的來説舒適便捷，體驗不錯。
