I was told if the double bed room was not in good condition and could I change to a small bed room? I went to see it, and it turned out that the double bed room had wooden floors. The walls are cracked and very old and dirty. There are oil spots on the sheets of the small bed room. The toilet is also a squat toilet. The air conditioner has been blowing for three hours. The room is so small that it is not hot. When I asked to check out, I initially agreed to it after leaving the hotel. No refunds were given. Even when the front desk contacted the person in charge of the hotel, they heard threats. I really can’t stay in this kind of hotel. Bad reviews and no discussion.
