I haven't stayed in such an exaggerated and terrible hotel for many years. The exterior is a single-family building, but the room is shocking. The walls are moldy and rotten. The desk is a random school desk. The desk and shelf are covered with dust. I checked in at night and couldn't check out and change hotels. I cleaned for half an hour. The child dropped something on the floor. I bent down and saw all kinds of empty beer bottles, garbage and dust under the bed. It should have not been cleaned for half a year or a year... The bath towel had a big hole. How could such a room appear on Ctrip? The old lady who was the front desk, waiter, electrician and security guard... would go into the room and clean the room without checking out as soon as the room card was pulled out. As a result, the child was still sleeping in the morning, and she rushed in to clean the room without knocking on the door, scaring the child awake! It was simply a nightmare!

The worst hotel experience I have ever seen. I have ever worked at a front desk and I know everything about it. I am a Ctrip gold member. I originally wanted to check out the room yesterday, but something happened and I couldn't. After much deliberation, I decided to continue my stay here. , I didn’t expect that today was the day to check out. At 11:40, the room attendant came to swipe my card directly to enter my room. I was disturbed three times in a row. It was the worst experience. The hair dryer was sometimes good and bad. As soon as I entered the room on the first day, I couldn’t find it. I couldn't find the TV remote control. The waiter didn't believe it. He searched in the room but couldn't find it. It took about half an hour to get the remote control. Today, the front desk guest room was so angry that I had a toothache. They even charged me for the room when I came out. It was so arrogant.
