Anlan International Hotel (Huangguoshu Avenue RT-Mart Branch)

This was a very satisfying stay, and I really recommend it to everyone. We were traveling with our family, and there was a children's playground at the hotel, which the children had a lot of fun. The hotel also has a health spa, and my husband and I had a massage and a pedicure. The technicians were professional and the service was very thoughtful, meeting the needs of our family. Next time I go to Anshun, I will still choose Anlan Hotel as my first choice. I highly recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I rarely give negative reviews. The hotel is too new... the air is filled with formaldehyde, and the windows don't even have screens! You can't even open the windows for ventilation. They completely disregard human health, selling rooms for profit without even finishing the renovations. I checked in with my child, and the front desk assigned me to the furthest back room on the fifth floor. As I struggled to find my room on the fifth-floor carpet with my child and heavy suitcase, the pungent odor and the hanging wires from the ceiling gave me a vague sense of unease. Once inside, we were in a hurry to eat and didn't want to bother with changing rooms. The room still smelled a bit, so I opened the window. It was past 7 PM when we returned. After being in the room for a while, the child started yelling about mosquito bites. The windows had no screens, and countless mosquitoes flew in from outside. So, if you don't want mosquito bites, you can't open the windows. If you don't open the windows, you'll be forced to breathe in formaldehyde! I was fed up. I'd been hoping to just put up with it for another night, but the situation was unbearable, so I immediately called the front desk and asked for a room change. A friendly lady arrived quickly, and she handled the situation very promptly (so I give her a positive rating for her service). She immediately moved me to a larger room on the 4th floor, and the lady explained that it was an upgrade. However, the room still smelled strongly, so we had to leave the door open, afraid to open the windows for fear of mosquitoes. Here's the kicker! After we woke up after a night's sleep, I discovered bugs in my child's and my blanket. Upon closer inspection, I realized they were bed bugs! These bugs hide in the cracks of the mattress and emerge after turning off the lights to feed on blood. Sure enough, both my child and I had bites on our necks. When checking out, I explained the bed bug situation to the front desk and showed her the video and photos. The receptionist simply said, "Don't open the window. It might be bugs flying in from outside." I was speechless. Since we changed rooms, we hadn't dared to open the window all night for fear of mosquitoes. Could a bug have gotten under the covers? It was 100% certain to be a bed bug! I don't want to say more... Even a new hotel with bed bugs shows how poorly made the bedding is, and the hotel's cleanliness is inadequate. In short, avoid it. The front desk staff should be properly trained. The 4th floor is much better than the 5th. The 5th is completely filthy and shabby! They're letting people stay there before they've even finished decorating. Why did they put me on the 5th floor when there were rooms on the 4th? Did they prioritize the least popular rooms because I was traveling with a child? Would you have given me such a poor room if I had been traveling with more people? Also, I have no intention of saying anything about your breakfast; it was simply inedible. In short, I've stayed in many hotels on this trip, but this one, from the rooms to the facilities to the service, was a complete disaster. Choose carefully!

安順不大，酒店就在市府路，停車免費很方便。前台小姐姐很奈斯，衞生安靜整潔，環境安靜，服務熱情，設施很新。有洗衣房和健身房。但美中不足，提幾點意見，酒店是新裝修的，走廊內和房間還有甲醛味，雖然放了碳包，的還是能聞到。第二是洗澡毛巾掉毛，第三是中央空調調到最低風速還是很大噪音，有點影響睡眠，僅供參考。

發現一個遛娃的好地方、有小童樂園 、音樂吧、書屋、餐廳、小孩子在酒店可以玩一天也不累大人、房間也很寬敞、乾淨，還有投影儀，12號前台小姐姐也特別好  特別熱情、餐廳服務人員看我帶着小孩子還送了一杯熱牛奶、值得推薦、忘記拍酒店了，衹顧拍小孩子

一開始連住了三天 12號小姐姐服務態度非常好 很專業的帶我看房 還免費升級了帶有窗户的房型 退房以後小姐姐免費幫忙寄存行李 晚上又繼續住了安瀾酒店 小姐姐升級了房型 整個體驗感超級好 有需求小姐姐都能很快解決 細節做得很好 後面耳機掉在房間小姐姐也及時聯繫我 幫忙放在前台 整個過程很愉快 下次還會入住
