· 服務熱情： 前台工作人員服務態度非常好，辦理入住迅速，耐心解答問題，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。

很差的酒店啊，服務意識為0，辦理入住的時候，我站在那半天了，那個前台小姑娘還一直叼着吸管喝奶茶，頭都不帶抬一下的，還得是我去和她打招呼説辦理入住，我問洗衣房在哪，隨手一指，我們在大堂找了兩圈，沒找到，最後又問在哪，還用手指，你們酒店的洗衣房要穿過停車場在一個平房裡，你就這麼給客人隨手一指？就這意識，態度，幹什麼前台？
再説房間，還好意思在首頁標註是新開業的？本來我定了三晚，後兩晚索性取消，再住下去我怕我吐！
這家酒店，太夠嗆了！

備註需要無煙房或房間無煙處理，結果入住之後根本沒有無煙，房間裏一股煙味兒，樓道煙味兒更大，薰得咳嗽了一晚上。推薦給愛抽煙的旅客。
衞生情況也一般，地板粘粘的。
訂單裏説的歡迎水果和下午茶也沒有。

住這家酒店感覺不舒服，雖然位置還可以，停車也方便，旁邊就是客運南站去黃果樹、龍宮都有直達大巴車。但是房間縫隙裏還有灰塵，淋浴間的窗簾還有發黴的痕跡，投影儀沒有會員，裝修的風格我也不是很喜歡，房間配置對我來説不是很大氣，聯繫前台想延遲退房到5點，還説不行，前台不會靈活變通。五樓中庭有個桌球桌一天都在有人打桌球，想體驗一下都排不上隊，總體來説入住體驗一般般吧！

看到酒店外網吸引來入住的，圖片在酒店5樓中庭花園，前台服務態度很好，房間也比較乾淨，旁邊就是客運站去黃果樹龍宮都有直通大巴車，離安順古城1.2公里走路過去15分鐘左右，挺方便的，走的時候還有半手機，體驗感很不錯👍

工作人員挺有耐心的，服務態度也很好，房間也很乾凈，五樓中庭有個玫瑰花牆拍照打卡都很漂亮，離古城步行15分鐘挺方便的，臨走時候前台工作人員還贈送了伴手禮，總體來説都很不錯

出門旅遊，這家酒店感覺很親切，前台服務態度非常好，辦理入住也很快，衞生間乾濕分離，房間也挺寬敞，五樓中庭有個桌球桌，在前台領取桌球就可以免費暢玩，酒店門口就可以停車，住了一個晚上，很安靜睡的很香！值得推薦

非常滿意打掃衞生，及時服務很好，旅遊汽車站就在旁邊乾淨整潔舒適，去黃果樹很方便，周邊吃飯也挺方便的，房間乾淨舒適， 5樓還有個中庭，可以免費打桌球，投影儀看電視很清晰，前台小姑娘服務還挺好的，退房還送了小禮品給小朋友 推薦，下次回來還來住
