房間很乾凈，服務特別好，十一帶孩子去住，孩子們有十一能量包，走的時候還有各種小零食，孩子們各種意外驚喜，帶帶着滿滿的開心離開，下次到鞍山還會住。

從電梯上到四樓是前台，漢庭在6層。訂的房間中有一間沒有對外窗户，雖然衹是睡覺也不需要去看室外風景，但是也不大適應。
酒店早餐7:30-10:00。早上9:00左右去就餐，餐盤的菜量讓人感覺餐時要接近尾聲，喜歡吃熱乎飯菜的朋友還得趁早，衹有個別餐品會應顧客要求續添。
