空調遙控器形同虛設，調到16度還是很悶熱，房屋清掃也不及時，有很明顯的灰塵感，整個酒店給人一種八九十年代行政招待所的感覺。一次性物品也沒有提供，沒有紙抽，一次性拖鞋、一次性牙具牙膏、香皂全部都沒有。
酒店前台服務意識淡薄，前台説衹上班到10點，沒有應急措施，晚上需要諮詢的話，所有的途徑，包括網上、酒店電話全部都打不通。酒店服務人員態度不熱情，語言不禮貌。
酒店位置特別難找，是在奧體中心裏面。內部設施陳舊，打掃頻次肉眼可見不高。真的不推薦大家入住，還是要選擇其他連鎖的酒店才有保障。

酒店房間是圍繞奧體中心體育館的，拉開窗簾就可以看到體育館內的足球場，室內裝修較好，乾淨整潔，唯一體驗不足的是空調製熱效果不佳，已告知前台，對方説會上報改善，至於隔音效果一般（隔壁打電話聲音能聽到），前台以及樓層客服人員服務態度良好，綜合體驗：好。
