There are security guards directing vehicles in the parking lot, and parking is smooth. 2. When I arrived at the hotel, I chose to look at the room first. The young man who led the room viewing was very enthusiastic and the service was standard. I felt that the room was OK, so I chose to stay. 3. Although there was no robot for the takeaway I ordered, I asked the staff to help deliver it to the room and give satisfaction. After checking in, I chose to go out for dinner. The experience of returning to the room at night was simply speechless. Bad aspects: 1. The hygiene of entering the room is worrying, and the bathtub seems to have never been cleaned. 2. The shower faucet is broken, and water comes out of the shower pipe. I can bear it after taking a shower. 3. The room is so hot that there is no cool air when the air conditioner is turned on. The noise is as loud as driving a tractor. I called the front desk to inform them that the air conditioner has stopped now and a cold air blower can be sent. The service staff sent one, but it was so dirty when I got it to the room that it was useless. I basically didn't sleep that night. The windows needed to be opened by the staff. When I closed the windows, I could hear the traffic downstairs. Who dared to open the windows? It was too hot, so I ordered ice cream and ice water. 4. I put the water I brought in the refrigerator to cool it down. When I woke up in the morning, the water was still not cold. The refrigerator was just a decoration. 5. I basically didn't sleep well because it was hot all night. The room was so dry. I asked the waiter to send a humidifier during the day, which was better. I decisively chose to catch up on sleep in the morning. I was sleeping soundly when I was woken up by the waiter knocking on the door and told to send children's slippers. I haven't been to Anshan for more than ten years. This time I randomly booked a hotel that was not bad. The water was especially good. My kids liked to soak in the swimming pool. We went there in the morning and evening. The breakfast was also OK. We basically had dinner at the Joy City next door. There is also Lawson, so it's convenient to buy anything. The parking lot on the ground is quite full. I will come again if I have the chance. My kids are very happy and hope to stay for a few more days.
