1.沒有基礎服務免費礦泉水和一次性拖鞋，溝通後提供了4瓶，但不是必備提供服務；2.床墊可以直接感覺到彈簧；3.最後一晚行程變更想退訂2天1晚房間，溝通後衹能退訂1間；4.協調無法退訂必須保留繼續入住的1間房，晚上入住時老闆竟然把房間訂給其他人了（竟然還會有這種情況發生）既然已經給別人了我就退訂，但是老闆説太晚了不能退訂，給安排其他沒有窗户的房間，補償50元。綜上是入住這個賓館的感受，大家可以參考。

最近來鞍山旅遊，環境挺好的，乾濕分離，房間的設施也都不錯，離千山也接近，對面就是科大，附近還挺多好吃的，經濟實惠，贊！
