The room was not equipped with bath towels. Although I didn't know how to use them, the necessary ones were not provided. The bathroom has no door and it was freezing cold to take a shower. There were only two small bottles of shampoo in the family room.

The overall experience of this stay was great and the room was great too. The front desk staff were friendly and smiling. When I checked in, they patiently answered all my questions. They were professional and efficient. They quickly helped us with our requests, making us feel at home. Because we booked the presidential suite, the ladies arranged the layout in advance and provided us with super thoughtful service. The cleaning lady in charge of this area that day was also very responsible. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were tidy, the bathroom was bright and odor-free, and the public areas were always kept clean and fresh. The service attitude is super good, which makes people feel happy both physically and mentally. They greeted us when we got out of the elevator and showed us the way to our room quickly.
