We had a great experience from booking to the late checkout. Katrina from reception helped us a lot through our stay. Even as the only foreigners of the hotel, we were taken good care of. Hot springs are very nice and other leisure services are as well!

離千山開車很近，衹要10分鐘，爬完山泡温泉很舒服，管家很貼心，提前聯絡，還幫孩子找到丟失拖鞋，點贊。

太過熱的酒店了，基礎設施在鞍山算是一流了。趕上五一節假日服務員太忙的緣故吧，前台辦理入住不太及時，工作人員的服務態度都很好，衹有穿白色衣服的主管浪盪個大臉，像我欠了她似的。温泉服務員看孩子在挑選零食也不給孩子好氣，呵斥孩子“這不是你家”孩子哭着回來告訴我，問她們是哪個阿姨，孩子記不住了。房間打掃也不夠細心，枕套上三根頭髮，告知後好一個賠禮道歉和解釋，重新換了新的。幸好微信名陌顏小哥哥給予解釋和安撫才壓住了火，要不然真要給大差評了。温泉也不錯，有不講究的在池子裏搓灰，一層厚厚的漂浮物。哈哈哈哈五一嘛人多都可以理解。總體來説不錯。給陌顏小哥哥好評。

環境：環境很不錯尤其晚上夜景下泡池很漂亮
服務：服務很到位，會提前微信溝通，回覆及時
設施：設施都很新
衞生：衞生可以，及時換水
泡池不是很多，適合優先放鬆，小朋友有小童樂園但沒有水上戲水設施，所以假期人不會很擁擠

整體來説可以的。我們過的很開心，就是早餐沒有咖啡奧。温泉山上就開了一個，有點可惜。100斤，確實床吱吱響。

房間非常乾淨，裝修很新，空間很大！温泉酒店主打一個温暖，走廊房間都十分暖和，穿短袖都熱哈，非常適合帶寶寶來。早餐也很豐盛，口味也不錯！！我們的又一個週末度假根據地！

服務很好，無論是入住，還是温泉體驗，泳池以及早餐，去千山選擇住這裏簡直太方便了。到景區開車10分鐘。游泳池很乾凈，室外温泉還有羊駝，房間設施都是全屋智能。早餐也很豐盛。小長假第一天，人居然沒有很多也是意外之極。
