設施：酒店是完全獨立的一塊區域，到停車場後需要接駁車接送到酒店，辦理入住後非常驚喜，整體房間是聯排別墅的樣式，很私密，入住前管家發送了酒店的一些娛樂項目，因為是冬天，所以可玩項目不多，我們體驗了陶藝課程，看了小鹿和卡皮巴拉，還順道去了清水灣（自費）搓澡
衞生：房間收拾的非常乾淨，私湯泡池使用前可以讓保潔阿姨重新清潔，讓人倍感安心，在氤氲温泉中舒緩身心，實在是一大享受。
環境：酒店獨擁一片山野，空氣清新宜人。無論是晚餐後的夜色漫步，還是清晨時分的園中踱步，都讓人心曠神怡，深感不虛此行。
服務：工作人員態度友善，見面時常帶問候，遇到問題也能及時響應處理，為整個住宿體驗增色不少。
總體來説，這是一次近乎完美的住宿體驗，私密安寧的環境與細緻周到的服務讓人倍感舒心，期待未來開放的樹屋房型！

朋友推薦來的，第一次入住清水灣，住的3005房間小別墅帶有一個室外泡池，整體環境舒適乾淨，表揚客房服務人員服務很到位，要的浴巾送的很快全程有禮貌服務意識很好。會推薦……行程原因沒有去餐廳吃飯，訂的餐送到客房12元送餐費，點了幾道菜都很不錯，價格就是一般中高型酒店價格，不貴！整體體驗感不錯點贊👍🏻

本次入住的是新開的山那邊，在山谷裏面，環境特別好，空氣清新。
設施：酒店是九月底新開業的温泉酒店，設施都很新，室內空間充足，有室內泡池和室外泡池，電動馬桶和無線充電，電動窗簾等設施
衞生：衞生清理幹及時，室內衞生乾淨，室內泡池是清理過的，如果有需要必須看着清理也可以在泡之前再讓保潔清理一下池子，不過由於有院子大開門的玻璃門，有可能會進蟲子，這個應該避免不了，看個人感覺
環境：酒店環境很好，在山谷裏，空氣特別的好，而且一直播放輕音樂，比較能放鬆心情
服務：酒店工作人員都比較熱情，不管是幹什麼工作的都熱情有理，尤其是看護鹿的老師傅和看護卡皮巴拉的服務人員，酒店深夜食堂和早餐也很不錯。

感謝酒店的前台錢多多，非常熱情，辦理入住很仔細，告訴酒店房間位置和酒店配套設施，還介紹了温泉區的項目等等，人太好了☺️總之非常好👍同時也非常感謝酒店三樓餐廳經理劉小噠，一開始去餐廳點菜跟服務員有些摩擦，經理即使出麪解決，幫忙去後廚一道道菜的去跟菜和上菜，非常熱心腸，有責任心，有擔當的好經理，酒店有這樣的餐廳經理怎會不火，很在意每一位顧客的微表情。非常感謝🙏吃的玩的都挺開心。酒店房間衞生也乾淨。

一、服務:服務態度很好，很有耐心。
二、房間:總體狀態不錯，衞生狀況良好，打掃及時。同時，礦泉水不夠的話免費送。
三、温泉:
1、優點:住宿的話每天泡温泉不限次數；温泉處提供水果和飲用水；温泉水質很清澈、泡池很多。
2、缺點:泡池在室外，沒有封閉的走廊銜接，外面温度低時，感覺很冷，所以建議春、秋季節去更好。
四、飲食:早餐不錯。同時，酒店內可以點午、晚餐，味道很好，菜品很精細。因為酒店位置很偏，周圍沒有好的飯店，基本都是農家飯莊，所以建議午、晚餐也在酒店吃，但有點小貴。

這次換了榻榻米雙床 可以拼在一起 但是二樓感覺沒有樓上採光好 沒來暖氣的時候空調衹有晚上熱 來暖氣以後還是會暖很多 人不多 玩的挺好 夜宵也不錯 早餐品類豐富 麪檔阿姨別太嚴肅就更好了 前台短髮小姐姐應該是經理 人很好 小童遊樂區小阿姨一看就是專業早教人員 友好親切 小朋友很開心
