鞍山老牌酒店了，服務不錯。房間裏面的設施使用的時候需要注意。衞生間浴箱門防撞器就在馬桶前面，使用的時候注意別撞腳。手紙盒比較鋒利，小心劃傷。晚上比較安靜，白天走廊裏比較吵鬧。總體來説不錯。

老酒店，雖然重新裝修已經有幾年，感覺已經舊了，毛巾浴巾等都很舊，就象沒洗乾淨，床上用品還好。入住的是套房，整體感覺很一般，不過服務是真的好，給酒店服務一個大讚👍，服務5星🌟！

出差多，比較能隨遇而安，勝利賓館是近年來體驗最差的酒店，忍不住上來吐槽一下，幾大槽點：
1，早餐九點關閉，餐品不評價，沒見過9點就關餐的高檔酒店，而且入住時前台完全沒提醒早餐時間和地點，早餐廳很隱蔽還無任何提示…
2，早晨6點多走廊每隔一分鐘有兩秒的滴聲報警，懷疑是有客房門鎖報警，看了一圈沒發現，打電話給前台，答應來處理，直到8點50出房間還在響…
3，發票不能提供專票，衹有普票，經溝通説要等十天才能開出來郵寄…
4，酒店不提供雨傘，房間前台都不提供客用傘，衹有大廳的共享雨傘，產出半小時收費，如果是快捷酒店我也不説什麼，四五星酒店沒見過這種操作
房間千萬不要選南側，車流噪聲還能忍受，六點開始窗下停車場有人練習網球…擊球聲我忍，對面公園還有甩鞭子的，一鞭兩響像二踢腳你能忍不？

設施老舊也就罷了，未到退房時間，前台來電話催促，讓一點之前必須走，有大團隊要入住。驚詫！攜程會員都是到兩點。各種協商，同意兩點退，好好的午休電話吵吵泡湯了，還怎麼休息？
開發票，6天了仍然開不出來，前台讓找財務，財務不接電話，再數次電話找前台，稱我們更名了，承包了，以前勝利的票我們不管，你得找勝利。出差這麼多年，還真是開了眼了，你們內部承包糾紛，讓我們客人滿場跑，找這個找那個啊？
對了，前台叫谷成成，男生，沒有服務理念，沒有經受過任何商務培訓，氣人的本事倒是很厲害👍解決不了問題，還理直氣壯的。謝謝勝利賓館，我會投訴到底！

房間還不錯，酒店大堂很大，氣派。前台服務員很熱情。酒店所在地方交通也很方便。我們第二天一早早去千山，把行李寄存在酒店，還有專門的人負責，挺好的。

鞍山老品牌酒店了，據説是是當年國家領導人視察鞍山建立的。新裝修後的主樓房間很不錯。外地來鞍的企業和政府接待好多都是選擇在這裏入住。這裏也有很多大中小型會議室洽談室，停車場輸入房間號都是免費的。

這是一家政府接待貴賓的酒店，酒店規格比較豪華，政府管理規範，早餐也中規中矩，位置好，離二一九公園很近，停車方便。

賓館位置可以，出門左轉不遠是早市，賣貨的很多，願意買點當地的東西可以去看看，出門右轉，走到紅綠燈路口左轉直走有新瑪特商場，去的路邊還有吃飯的地方，安三胖家的烤肉可以嚐嚐，韓國風味，服務態度很好，賓館出門穿過人民公園直行不太遠，就是很大的二一九公園，很大，能溜達一天 ，裏面的動物園值得一去噢，而且很值得一去，門票在攜程上買69元一位，裏面有很多動物，你能想到的都有，關鍵裏面還有熊貓館，有兩個大熊貓，都包括在69門票裏了，帶孩子來玩的，強烈推薦去。賓館的衞生，服務都很好，尤其吧枱裏戴眼鏡的那個前台服務態度特別好，我問了很多問題，都不厭其煩的回答，而且不是一趟的問，是好幾趟噢，反正值得住的賓館。
