家人都住得很舒適，出行也很方便，周圍環境特別好，不嘈雜，但也不偏僻，如果來鞍山玩，首選這家酒店。

房間總體還是滿意的，親子房的結構美觀都很好。浴盆裏不夠乾淨，需要自己重新清洗一下才能使用，衞生間提供馬桶套墊很滿意，電視選台有些老舊。服務速度很快，態度良好。

衞生很一般，廁所有股下水道的味道。房間裏面也有股不透氣的味道，空調不能使用，兩年前住過一次，覺得還可以，但今年5月入住覺得整體設施老舊了很多。前台服務態度一般，前三晚因為房間悶熱給升級了房間，續住多一晚時，前台拒絕升級，態度生硬。

酒店衞生良好，房間有味道需要通風，服務需要加強！我到店比較晚，由於房間煙味太重要求換房，前台告知沒有對應房型可換。讓我自己開窗通風，已經晚上九點了我不睡覺來這通風嗎，為什麼酒店不提前做處理？而且在我堅持換房後又看了二間這樣的房間，之前還説沒有此房型，自己打臉！

來鞍山好多次了，第一次到這個酒店，真的是太讚了，攜程上搜尋的沒想到這麼好，設施環境雖説沒有星級酒店那麼豪華，但是這服務超出我的想象，我到的時候下着小雨（基本淋不濕的那種）從停車場下車保安一直跟着我為我撐傘，到大堂以後辦理入住的接待員也是非常熱情細心，告訴我同等價位哪個房間更有性價比，並且親自把送我到了房間給我連接了WiFi ，還送了果盤，同遊的姐妹都誇我有眼光，下次再到鞍山還會選擇萊弗仕

去鞍山每次都住的這家酒店，這次住的家庭套間，房間很大，每間都有衞生間很方便，衞生乾淨放心，服務態度也都很好，因為連住了三晚還給我們送了一份小吃，早上的自助早餐品種多味道好

在攜程上看了雙床房房間照片，到達鞍山後就開車往酒店去，首先到前台服務員説這個房間沒有了，我説攜程上沒顯示滿房，服務員就非常蠻橫的説..那你就試試能不能買，我就果斷付了款，前台服務員態度非常不好的回答我説…那就給你升級，其實房間並沒有升級，就是攜程上的雙床房，房間很小，洗手間也很小，但這些都不重要，畢竟沒有多錢，重點就想説服務員態度太蠻橫，開完房後我不小心把身份證弄丟了，要求調取監控錄像，看看我是不是丟在了門口，前台服務員説他家沒有監控，無語了，再就是第二天早上要使用牙具的時候，發現牙杯里面有一塊類似牙膏、或者火鹼、或者洗衣粉的東西，糊在牙杯底部。感覺很噁心。作為酒店沒有客房經理查房嗎？就這樣的衞生怎麼能接待客人呢，馬桶也是很黃、很噁心（忘記拍照了）因為之前服務員好幾次的態度惡劣，就沒跟他們計較這個牙具的問題。總而言之…下次肯定不會去他家了。
