The hotel is in good condition, the room has a smell and needs ventilation, and the service needs to be improved! I arrived at the hotel late, and because the room smelled too much, I asked to change rooms. The front desk told me that there was no corresponding room type available. I was asked to open the window for ventilation myself. It was already 9 o'clock in the evening. Did I come here to ventilate without sleeping? Why didn't the hotel deal with it in advance? Moreover, after I insisted on changing rooms, I saw two more rooms like this. Before, they said that there was no such room type. They slapped themselves in the face!

I have been to Anshan many times. This is my first time to this hotel. It is really great. I didn't expect it to be so good when I searched on Ctrip. Although the facilities and environment are not as luxurious as those of star-rated hotels, the service is beyond my imagination. It was drizzling when I arrived (basically not getting wet). The security guard followed me when I got off the car in the parking lot and held an umbrella for me. After I arrived at the lobby, the receptionist who checked me in was also very enthusiastic and attentive. He told me which room was more cost-effective at the same price, and personally sent me to the room, connected me to WiFi, and gave me a fruit plate. The sisters who traveled with me all praised me for my vision. I will choose Lifestyle again when I go to Anshan next time.
