攜程選了升級房型，結果到了現場不給升。衞生情況差點意思，隔聲效果太差，電梯上下太慢！離火車站方便，旁邊有個吃東西的地方

環境優美，床單平整，牆體乾淨。除了主燈壞了之外，剛開始要求換房，説要來修，等了半小時，説是開關問題，暫時修不了，讓我們換房。總之跟別的錦江之星有差距。

我們訂了3個房間，期中一個是一張大床加一張單人床，房間小就不説了，另外兩個是異型房間，被子也薄的很，隔音也不好，難道在攜程網上訂的就給這種房間？跟網上圖片的房間差異也太大了。當時訂房時一是相信攜程因為是攜程的老用户了，二是因為錦江之星是連鎖酒店，體驗感也太差了。過節朋友一起出來玩兒，本來都挺開心，但是因為房間不好，嚴重影響大家的心情。差評！

房間整潔沒異味，整體環境也非常不錯，住的比較舒心，前台小姐姐服務特別仔細，回答問題積極有耐性，關鍵長的還好看！保潔阿姨也特別有耐心，不會打擾我們睡覺。酒店整體員工的服務態度非常好，總是能及時滿足我們的需求，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸，十分感謝錦江之星的整體員工

我一般不輕易差評住過的酒店，這次不得不説説：這是我住過的最差的錦江之星酒店了，設施陳舊，房間狹小，衞生不佳都能忍受。最讓人受不了的是房間牆壁隔音太差，住了幾晚上隔壁房間壯漢呼嚕聲整夜在耳邊轟鳴，讓人無法入眠。退房前一天路過未關門的隔壁房間發現原來2個房間床頭相對，隔着1堵牆，估計這堵牆不知用什麼不隔音材料砌成的，造成呼嚕聲相傳，太讓人受不了！

沒見過這麼離譜的酒店。燈光昏暗，空調和電視都是壞的，熱水器也是壞的。第二天早上下樓，電梯也壞了。就這樣的酒店也好意思要247一晚，是梁靜茹給你的勇氣嗎？
