攜程選了升級房型，結果到了現場不給升。衞生情況差點意思，隔聲效果太差，電梯上下太慢！離火車站方便，旁邊有個吃東西的地方

環境優美，床單平整，牆體乾淨。除了主燈壞了之外，剛開始要求換房，説要來修，等了半小時，説是開關問題，暫時修不了，讓我們換房。總之跟別的錦江之星有差距。

我們訂了3個房間，期中一個是一張大床加一張單人床，房間小就不説了，另外兩個是異型房間，被子也薄的很，隔音也不好，難道在攜程網上訂的就給這種房間？跟網上圖片的房間差異也太大了。當時訂房時一是相信攜程因為是攜程的老用户了，二是因為錦江之星是連鎖酒店，體驗感也太差了。過節朋友一起出來玩兒，本來都挺開心，但是因為房間不好，嚴重影響大家的心情。差評！
