酒店對待客房吵鬧問題處理極不負責，前台會暴露個人訊息和舉報者定位，保安態度十分霸道，是國內少有的態度惡劣行為，大半夜出於自身安全考慮客人還不得不轉到其他酒店，所以入住還需謹慎自身人身安全問題，對於出差旅行等第二天需要早起的不建議選擇該店，可以在附近同類型酒店入住，有很多硬件軟件都更好的，價格也不貴。 很糟糕的一次體驗，攜程對酒店的監管力度也不如**，到目前為止還沒有退還房費，更別説出事後的彌補或者書面致歉，會減少在這個平台上的使用頻率，謹慎入坑，當心矛盾激化。
