1，就是個洗浴，沒有公共温泉池。就是在玩文字遊戲。
2，戲水區域很小。女池很小，女池單人泡池還額外收費。
3，房間很小，一進屋全是煙味，還特別冷。
4，早餐就是如家漢庭標準，全季都趕不上。

早餐一般，空調不熱而且噪音太大，晚上影響睡眠，看了幾個房間空調都不熱，還不如這個201。結帳時，説我16:00左右在餐廳消費過兩份蓋澆飯，我回答我們這個時間出門吃的，沒有在餐廳消費過，幾經交涉，後來找餐廳經理對質，餐廳經理説沒見過我，並向我道歉了，説輸入錯了。奇怪該店餐廳不刷手牌。服務差。

住在迎賓樓，吃飯在龍宮温泉，迎賓樓服務不錯好評，龍宮服務需要提升希望提高。定的房間帶雙早餐，1.2米孩子免費，結果實際孩子吃飯卻收19元（孩子三歲還不到1米）。
