The room was great! The location however, a bit far from the train station. When we arrived we didnt know that there was a short cut, so we followed the map, which in turn walk us thru the longer route. With lugagge bags, its a bit of a hassle. The nearest bus stop to the hotel, is at 400m away, at the plaza. So if you are carrying heavy lugagges its better just to get a cab. Otherwise, the room amenities were great, the staffs were all great and nice, breakfast was good with a choices.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to downtown. The room was tidy and of sufficient size. Unfortunately, once the room service was forgotten. The air condition could be a little more intense. The breakfast was varied and very attractively prepared. The breakfast times have been extended generously. The food in the restaurant was delicious, plentiful and well put together. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The underground car park at the building with access to the hotel was very practical.

I can see why this is one of the top rated hotels in Ansbach. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was excellent. Located conveniently to all major attractions. When we go back to Ansbach we will be staying at Das Hurner. Highly recommend this hotel to American military families.

Really nice new hotel in a really nice town . Close to city center . Great inside secure bicycle storage . Reception was very friendly and helpful . Elevator to upper floors. Room modern, spacious and very clean . Toiletries in room . Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with extensive hot and cold options . Only problem was motion detector in bathroom that turned lights on when using the facility at night - a bit disturbing but not a deal breaker

Great hotel with all amenities. The rooms are in top condition and very clean. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. A great underground car park at a customer-friendly price, with a direct connection to the hotel. The integrated brewery offers very good food at moderate prices. Gladly again at any time.

Das Hotel ist ok, die Zimmer sind funktionell (teilweise die Dusche in der Badewanne) und sauber, vom Bahnhof ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten dort. Man muss aber wissen, dass es an einer großen Durchgangsstraße liegt und die Zimmer vorne raus daher laut sind. Aber auch hinten raus ist es nicht wirklich ruhig, weil am Hinterausgang eigentlich immer Angestellte und Gäste zum Ratschen/Rauchen stehen; dort ist auch frühmorgens die Anlieferung und Abholung. Interessante Idee: wenn man ab 2 Tagen auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt man eine Flasche Haustrunk. Die Tagungsgebühren sind hoch, das inkludierte Abendessen war sehr convenience-lastig und von der Auswahl her nicht wirklich ansprechend - an beiden Tagen gab es z. B. die gleichen Kartoffelknödel aus der großen TK-Tüte. Die Bierpreise sind gesalzen, gerade für Ansbach.
