Immediately responded to Ctrip, and Ctrip actively followed up. But unfortunately the hotel service was so bad. After a while, a waiter called me and asked me if I had ordered room service... Do you call the customer's complaint room service? So little attention? If your management team has such a poor sense of service, don't let this hotel with such a good location go to waste. Please close it or change ownership as soon as possible. I didn't receive a statement or explanation from the hotel until I checked out, which really discredited Shandong Tourism.
