There was no napkins on each table. You had to go to the front desk to get them yourself. The waiters were particularly reluctant. I have stayed in so many hotels. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not add food that I haven’t eaten...

The surrounding parks, supermarkets, bakeries, and vehicle service-related shops are all available. There are also 2 beef and mutton soup shops and several restaurants. It is more convenient to eat. Friends who like supper can walk south. There is a whole alley barbecue shop, I can't eat because of weight loss, I don't comment much. Back to the hotel's internal environment, in terms of price, the environment is still good, the overall color matching is relatively simple and simple, clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning is strong. The fly in the ointment is that the indoor lighting is relatively weak, there is no desk lamp, and it may be more uncomfortable to have learning office needs. The quality of disposable slippers is better than that of regular hotels. The quilt is slightly thin, but there are spares in the cabinet that can be added. The number of pillows is sufficient. Unfortunately, they are relatively high. If it is a flat and a high, it is perfect. The window room has a wide view. The vehicle passes by a little noise at night. 酒店環境、位置、衞生、配套設施都很不錯，尤其是前台的接待引導禮貌熱情，但存在重大不足:一是房間內有陳設售價商品，問題是如何保證消費者權益，旅客進入房間前並不知悉房間內陳設有多少需要另行購買的商品，如果僅靠保潔口頭對數，難以保證消費者權益。要麼掃碼點單要麼使用封閉容器掃碼付款打開，要麼就不要陳設另行購買的商品在內。否則，因為保潔的清點不到位不及時，難道要我們為上一個顧客或者保潔的工作過失去承擔莫須有的消費買單？希望能夠引起店家重視及整改。本來解釋都不想解釋，令人生氣的點就在於，我們短住一晚，為了趕車落住一晚，女友且就在姨媽期，有房間內垃圾桶為證。何來的使用計生用品一説？用來吹氣球不成？從進入房間就未曾看到有此類商品陳設，直到早上退房，保潔告知前台客人用了計生用品，準備扣除按金。簡直莫名其妙，有辱斯文，這且不是扣錢的事情，對於人格權益的侵犯跟消費服務體驗的影響都是巨大的，我希望店家能夠從尊重消費者角度出發，對這一細節做出改善。謝謝！
