"Location was good, nearby to a big plaza. Cleanliness is still acceptable in the room. Service from the staff was great and helpful. Facilities are poor, you have to do your own laundry service (if you do not have time for example you need to goto work or walk around the city then no one will do it for you.), only self service laundry which I do not like. Breakfast was just okay but I can say poor as well. Foods are the same everyday (if you stay more than 1 day, you will not want to eat it after your second or third days). I was eating western style, no knife and folk for me even upon request. How do you apply butter on breads if there is no knife? Coffee was bad. The hotel lift is old, looks terrible but working. And payment was terrible, not accepting international credit cards and expecting foreigners to bring enough cash? Overall, if you are not too demanding then you can stay.
