When I saw Tilianya on the Internet, I felt that this was the residence I was longing for. It might be ”love at first sight”. I was disappointed, but it surprised me even more. I just realized that the pictures on the Internet look good, but they really have no temperature.

We booked this hotel coz my kid got attracted by the swimming pool pictures but unfortunately, they are just pictures ... In reality it's just a decoration, not for swimming , you aren't allowed to use it ... Which made her very disappointed and destroyed her plans. Anyway , room is big enough , clean , has whatever you need ( just you gotta wake up with first light coz it doesn't have blackout curtains) Receptionists are super kind and helpful . Location is ok , not many things around so you can enjoy the quietness. Breastfast is sooo simple, noodles, egg and Baoza in a very very very small room ( can't be called restaurant) but it's ok. My very humbe suggestions to them 1- delete these pictures of the swimming pool from your app and never ever mention you guys have outdoor swimming pool coz it's a lie 2- add blackout curtain to rooms 3- add Coffee to breakfast Best wishes

The ladies at the front desk are very professional and enthusiastic. It is very convenient to stay here for the Yunnan Technician College exam. It takes only 20 minutes to walk there. You don't have to worry about not getting a taxi. You can go back to rest at noon. It's great

Changed to a French style, the room is spacious and comfortable, the decoration style is unique, the service is warm, the surrounding environment near Ninghu is beautiful, the mood is happy, the experience is bursting.

It's a great hotel. The location is easy to find and parking is convenient. You don't have to worry about coming home late and not having a parking space. It would be nice if the bed in the twin room could be bigger. It's okay to sleep alone. But if you bring children, it will be crowded and you worry about falling at night. Or it would be nice to have one side against the wall. Breakfast is very rich. The overall facilities and equipment are very good. Vienna will be my priority when traveling in the future. The hardware facilities are good, but the sanitation and services are unfortunately not up to par. I found hair on the bed when I just checked in. I called the front desk and asked for a replacement. When the waiter came, he had a very bad attitude and claimed that hair was normal, so he reluctantly changed it. The next day, I asked the hotel to give me a bottle of water, a brand I had never seen before, and it cost an extra 2 yuan.

It was really great, but here I hope to improve the front desk of this high-level hotel. First, the area is too small and there are only two computers. Although check-in is not a peak period at that time, the efficiency can still be improved. It will definitely be a bad experience to receive guests during peak periods. Second, I don’t know. Is it because there are not enough staff at the front desk of the hotel? When I came down later to ask where the free hot spring was, no one was waiting at the front desk. The rest of the hotel's hardware facilities are fine. I also believe that the hotel will continue to improve the front desk problem.

The family came out to play, the room was OK, there was free parking downstairs, the front desk service was good, told us that the nearby horse food was good, we walked past, the taste was very good, and finally I hope the hotel will add bath sandals and slippers, breakfast is good, but the restaurant area is too small, It was too crowded in the morning.
