The room was lovely and the breakfast was out of this world, but the facilities for children, specifically the water park and the play area, were a little underwhelming. The water park was merely a set of slides which were actually closed off, and the play area a small plastic sand pit. The big pool itself was great though.

The room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is also rich. When booking the room, I mistakenly thought that I could pick strawberries. After understanding, the staff was very considerate and gave two strawberry coupons. The children had a lot of fun

Took my two grandchildren to spend the weekend there. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded our room type. From the lobby to the floor, to the hot spring pool, all the waiters were warm and welcoming. We had a great weekend and look forward to seeing you next time!
