設施：房間比較陳舊 隔音效果相當差 隔壁房間説話聲呼聲一清二楚 體驗感真的非常差 窗子透光 早上吃早餐餐廳電視裏面一直廣告便祕葯 真的無語
服務：同樣在餐廳 還在吃着早餐 就去掃地 掃就掃了 掃把還掃你腳上 沒有對不起 然後退完房離開的時候 外面指揮車輛的工作人員態度也相當傲慢 説話語氣挺難聽 體驗感真的超差

這是我入住兩小時後床上出現的第二衹蟲子！床鋪有小的灰塵和臟東西，榻榻米房型床旁邊那個櫃子灰塵也是很多！太差的衞生和設施了，防盜門鎖還是壞的！設施很舊很舊！這樣的價格實在不值這麼差的設施，温泉水也是臟臟的，有一部分水温要不過高要不太冷！不會再來下次！會避雷給身邊所有朋友

非常沒有擔當的酒店，兩杯泡魯達變質，無任何處理結果，所有的店員全部裝傻不處理。
泡魯達我們放外面，等他們酒店處理，結果酒店人員再也沒回來，反而派了員工來要收走菜品，把泡魯達要拿走，我們沒給故意打電話給我們。
