Both this hotel and the surrounding area are amazing! We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and enjoyed the wonderful views and amenities offered. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The service and staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm suburb community, and a short walk from where you stay is the clubhouse, where is a restaurant with amazing views, the fitness room, and pool (check if your room includes the pool pass, otherwise you need to pay for it). We would absolutely stay here again!

買了兩桶泡麪兩根腸還有4包小魚，收了我50塊錢，不知道的還以為你家是貴族泡麪呢，可以和機場媲美了，服務一般，衞生很垃圾，床上毛髮很多，枕頭也不乾淨，真的沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店。你家別墅酒店，高貴唄，我們這種鄉巴佬不配住，聽我一句勸，真的別來，來了絕對會後悔。

環境：小區環境就是別墅佈局，綠化不錯。酒店環境也很不錯，有很多花花草草～
服務：該有的服務，前台拿房卡給了我們之後就説上了二樓之後走到盡頭再坐電梯到四樓，反正我是沒找到房間，中途問服務員還給指錯了😬就別墅房間佈局有點迷，剛來也看不懂，但無傷大雅，最後還是找到了🤔
星空泡泡池可以的，可以看見星星～超美的。
但最近太平新城疫情又爆發了，希望趕緊控制下來，以後週末我們還會再去的～

開發票有專票要問客户是否需要，而不是等我問了還告訴我一般都是普票。房間隔音一晚上隔壁都在奮戰聽的一清二楚。夜燈在床上翻身就亮？還沒發關閉。我一年300天住酒店，這麼糟心第一次。提升服務和入住體驗吧

打前台電話、前台每次都説去溝通、然後發現房間裏聲音越來越大、下樓一看人家ktv房間門都沒關，前台説可以給我換房，我帶着兩個孩子、三歲的小寶睡著了、六歲的老大睡不着、你讓我大半夜怎麼換房？怎麼不在ktv有人預訂出去的時候就換房？感情唱歌的顧客花的是錢、我們住客就不是錢？如果來這裏圖安靜度假就來對了、退房後開車已經到了離酒店十幾公裡外的景區，前台電話告知床單有油污無法洗乾淨要求420賠償，我明確告知是孩子弄扁了一個水果藍莓和一塊餅乾，協商能否200，酒店答覆不可、打折後380元，聯繫攜程協商，攜程答覆酒店説不行、酒店説也不可以用漂白水洗、我想説平常出門吃火鍋弄到油污漂白水都能洗乾淨，藍莓和餅乾洗不乾淨？還不能用漂白水？賠償了還不能帶走床單被套，慎重吧、在小區裏環境還可以，隔音很一般、住三樓可以聽到二樓打桌球一樓ktv聲音前一條評價視頻錄的聲音評價不能通過不知道為什麼。
