前台業務不熟練，問什麼都不太清楚的樣子，房間隔音效果巨巨巨巨巨巨差，二樓説話三樓都聽得到，門外説話就像在房間一樣，很恐怖沒有安全感，門鎖鏈條鎖壞，床角突出並且沒有任何提示，撞到好幾次腳！！並且堅決不升級房型，特別死板！！體驗感很差！！不推薦！！

房間各方面都挺不錯 乾淨整潔 周圍也挺安靜 周邊就是寧湖風景很好 休閑時間就可以去走倆圈 樓下有麪包店 零食店都挺方便

要吃葯的緣故大晚上房間的水喝完了，打電話到前台讓前台卡莎幫忙送兩瓶礦泉水，立馬就送上來了呢，酒店客房衞生也很乾凈，床睡的也很舒適，給我們延長到兩點退房，睡到自然醒，眼光明媚的很愜意。

房間浴室的手持噴淋頭是壞的，房間比較大U字型，床墊比床架小，看着很突兀，牀頭櫃感覺像後加的，尤其是空調，我去的當天昆明較冷，開了五六個小時一點用都沒有，辦理入住時要交兩百元的按金，房間裏就兩瓶水和咖啡還有茶，其他沒有什麼自費飲品，關於衞生的話，貴妃椅上有根不知道是什麼毛，個人比較反感，提個建議：前台和公共區域應該搞點香氛，不然有股下水道的味道。
