HHector S.I liked the fact that it was an aparthotel, the facilities were good in general. As for cleanliness, we found some hairs in the bathtub, but nothing too serious. The staff was good, friendly. The elevators were a bit slow. And it was difficult to find it because the GPS takes you to a roundabout and you don't see it, but in the end you find it. Parking costs €16

GGuest UserDid not know they had a washer/dryer on premises under 3rd last night there. I was able to use coins to pay but for some reason the tap to pay would not accept my credit card. All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

The location on the app was incorrect, it brought me to the police station. Then I found out it was about 300 meters away.

GGEYUNThe location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the station, there is a temporary parking space at the door (only for in-house guests), the front desk is very welcoming, but the check-in time is relatively late. The room is super small, the door is the bed, and the suitcase can only be placed on both sides of the bed. It is very hygienic, and it is dry and wet. The breakfast is also good, but for the first time, I didn’t pay attention to the reminder and looked at the eggs that were cooked. As a result, I had to cook them myself, which was shameful~~

The selling point would be free parking as i took the hotel as the base and drove to different places.
Breakfast is just simple. I wish the hotel would be able to provide kettle and cutleries in the room

VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

My room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable which gave me a good nights sleep. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the room was well soundproofed, which allowed me to rest without being disturbed by outside noise.
The hotel had excellent facilities. I particularly liked the bathroom, which was clean and well equipped with quality toiletries. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was appreciated on hot days.
The hotel staff was courteous, professional and always ready to help. They responded quickly to all my requests and made sure I was happy with my stay. Room service was also efficient and the meals were delicious.
The hotel was ideally located, close to tourist attractions and public transport. This allowed me to easily move around the city and fully enjoy my stay.
In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was very positive. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and comfortable stay.

In the hotel carton walls, everything is heard as neighbors cough, write, talk, at night if someone leaves the room, the door clapping sounds like the beginning of the 3rd world. Choose only from the price. The staff is welcome, we were called by a taxi when the cleaner refused to go there. In general, for his money, okay
