"## Facilities The kitchenette was a real bonus, equipped with a microwave, fridge, induction hob, and a full set of pots and pans, though we didn't end up using them. ## Cleanliness The room was reasonably clean and tidy, though there was some peeling paint in the corners. My only minor complaint is that the sofa bed wasn't made up upon arrival. Also, there wasn't quite enough bedding initially, though we found a clean duvet in a dust bag in the closet. As we were only staying one night, we just made do with it, using it half as a pad and half as a cover, and didn't bother asking the staff for more. ## Location It's quite close to the train station; we found it easily by following our navigation app. However, the hotel entrance isn't very obvious and is easy to walk past. Be sure to look out for the distinctive red sign. ## Service The front desk staff were polite. During check-in, we were given a code for the main entrance for the evening. I initially thought the reception might be unstaffed later, but it seems there's usually someone there unless it's very late. Luggage storage was also convenient."

"20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards."

"The hotel is right outside the lake, where it is very convenient to play on the lawn and boat. It is a 3-minute walk from the center of the old city. The hotel facilities are good, and the children were given a bear gift."

"The room is very new and very close to the gare. It is just uphill and around the corner. There is a large complex nearby with a large Monoprix supermarket. Alipay is accepted. This is very convenient for people who are traveling abroad. The front desk speaks fluent English. There are many British and American guests here, so there is no need to worry about the language. The only thing to note is that the hotel is right above the train station. The train passing by is a bit noisy, and there will be bass roar and vibration in the room. Those who sleep well need to pay attention"

"I stayed for two nights! It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use. The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks. The front desk staff were cheerful and kind! The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!"

"This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. It was my first visit to Annecy. We stayed here for 5 nights. There is an affordable public parking garage connected to the hotel. The hotel is within just a few minutes walk to the old-town of Annecy where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. And on certain days of the week, there is a massive farmers' market right behind the hotel, and it stretches all the way to the town center. Excellent cafes, and boulangeries are all within 2-3 minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay at this hotel again in our next trip to the area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and some have balconies. We got 2 rooms, one with a balcony, although they are the same price. The guests are quiet, even though it was pretty full when we stayed."

"Overall the hotel was nice The location on the app was incorrect, it brought me to the police station. Then I found out it was about 300 meters away. parking is available on the site or there is several parking lots very near for cheaper price. the rooms were small but cozy"

"Well located, even in the centre of the historic area of Annecy. The room was small but sufficient. You have a parking agreement at the Parking Hotel in Ville. There is a coffee and tea chamber in the room."
