We arrived back at BWI around midnight, with a 2 + hour drive home. We booked a room in advance with Red Roof, left our car there during our travel and then stayed there after our arrival. Staff was helpful with booking. Shuttle driver was prompt and courteous both taking us to the airport and picking us up late at night. A good option for a late arriving plane trip!

The room structure is unreasonable, and the bathroom shower can't be fixed. Service and breakfast are OK, the gym is small, there is no equipment, the key is the smell. There are a lot of equivalent hotels nearby, it is not recommended to choose this, it is a relatively poor Spring Hill.

After a very sunny day at the beach, we were happy to get to the hotel. The front desk staff was very pleasant and they offered a choice of cookies as a small welcome. We chose oatmeal cookies and were surprised by how delicious they were. As a tea drinker, I was also happy to see an excellent choice of Bigelow teas in the lobby. Our suite was very comfortable, with a living room that was separate from the bedroom. Everything was simple and comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet was included, and is served on weekends til 10:30. This helped us have a relaxing morning. The choices were quite typical, but somewhat more variety than is often the case (waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, bacon, sausage, etc). More important, the scrambled eggs tasted fresh and delicious, the muffins also tasted fresh and delicious, the orange juice tasted especially good, and I was again happy to have a choice of teas made with hot water that was in a container that was not previously used for coffee. (If that sounds like an odd statement, you probably are not a tea drinker.) We never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before, and now we will again.

I have so many great things to say about the service I received at this hotel. It was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated and they are very spacious. It had that newly carpet smell. The foyer of the hotel was really nice. My husband and I had the chance to watch the Super Bowl in our on little cubicle and we were assisted with fabulous drinks 🍹 from the bar from Taylor and Pam. I wanted Baylis with my coffee and Taylor NAILED it. When I first checked in, Rochelle was very kind and approachable. She made sure that I had extra towels and feather free pillows. Basically, she matched our energy. We laughed and joked until I knew that this was the place for the next 7 days. The gym was very clean and they had new machinery. I usually don’t use the hotel gym but it had everything I needed along with the cleanliness. My husband had a lot to say about the staff as well. He enjoyed conversing every morning with the cook Diana. He said her burritos were to live for. He was excited every morning to eat his freshly made breakfast. If you were thinking about staying here, think no longer! It’s the place to stay in Annapolis. Oh, last but not least when I was checking out I met the GM and it was indicative that The Apple 🍎 don’t fall far from the tree!” Her staff was marvelous due to them having a great leader. Thanks Courtyard Staff for making our stay one to remember!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here in August for a couple of weeks. The redecoration they’ve done is excellent- rooms are tasteful and clean. The hotel also offers free bikes which is perfect for getting around Annapolis. Best part was the staff- Elliot in particular went above and beyond to help us out. Will absolutely be staying here again.

We had another wonderful stay at The Annapolis Waterfront Hotel (a Marriott property). My wife and I go every year for our anniversary. It is not cheap, but the view and location are excellent. Rene at the front desk went the extra mile and gave us a fantastic experience. Hats off to him and our server at breakfast, Taylor, provided great service with a smile. We will be back!

Wwvjch01A beautiful little inn on the shores of the river, we found this hotel comfortable, clean and the king bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff is simply amazing, they are friendly, cordial and go way above and beyond to make sure your requirements are attended to. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Special thanks to them for helping my husband navigate his way around an unfamiliar area while I sat with my mom at the local hospital. This is now my go to place whenever I have to be in the Southern Maryland area for any reason.

They did not emphasize throughout the trip that it was a favor that we had no right to ask for anything. The man began to insult us and the same thing happened. with the other boy who was even more aggressive with us, the truth is that the service leaves a lot to be desired

The front desk manager Norma always goes above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Thursdays and Sunday every time I see her she's working very hard to make sure everyone as satisfied as possible with their room and everything that involves their stay here. GGuest UserJust wrapped up a two-day meeting at the Historic Inns of Annapolis. I was so looking forward to staying there, as I'd heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service and the cleanliness. We stayed in the Gov Calvert building, which is a beautiful, historic building on the main circle in downtown Annapolis, just a short walk from the MD state house. Although old, it's been preserved wonderfully, and it doesn't feel 250+ years old. When I arrived at 7:15pm, there was no valet available, so I waited in the rain at the valet stand for 10 minutes before retreating into the hotel. I checked in at ~7:30pm but had to return outside to provide the valet my key and retrieve my bags. There was no bellman to assist with the bags. When I checked in, I asked if there were a restaurant or bar in the hotel where I might get a bite to eat and was directed to the pub next door. Unfortunately, it closed at 8pm, so I had to find my way to another pub down the street and around the corner. For early evening, I was surprised to be unable to find dinner in house and being forced out into the rain to walk to a restaurant. When I returned to my room, I looked for a plug near the bed to charge my phone. There was a very, very dirty power strip behind the bedside table that had so much sticky grime on it that I had to clean the openings for the phone's cord before inserting. When we began our meeting the next morning, there was no breakfast served, though we'd ordered it when we contracted for the retreat. We were eventually provided a coffee service, though our staff had to go out to get bagels, since everyone came expecting breakfast to be included. There was food left in the refrigerator in our meeting room from a wedding over the previous weekend, which drew gnats to the room that we had to contend with over the two days. Several colleagues expressed concern at the lack of cleanliness of their bathrooms (hair in their tubs &/or bathroom sinks), so we asked that the rooms of all our guests be deep cleaned. The hotel nicely left a bottle of wine in each room after recleaning. On Day 2, we were informed mid-morning that unless we cleared our cars from the garage by 1pm, we would have to pay an extra $15 per car on top of the $32/day for valet service. (There is no self-parking option and street parking is limited.) This was not stated when we made reservations, when the meeting rooms were booked and food ordered, or when we checked into the hotel. Our meeting was not scheduled to conclude until 3:30, and we'd paid for the room's use through the end of the business day. Although the hotel agreed to waive the extra $15, we were each asked for $15 when we summoned our car through the text app the hotel uses, as valet instructions required. As a result, we had to wait at the front desk for the staff to ”release” the charges on each of our accounts before the valet could retrieve our cars. The staff that served us for the meeting we

be on my own to get a ride to the hotel. I was stressing as it was the first time I ever traveled alone. I called them at 11:50pm whew!! but plenty
of time before 12:00am. So I thought, first they put me on hold... then hung up, next call... No answer and hung up. Now I'm spazzing.
Finally a shuttle will be there in ...15-20 mins huhhhh?? so there i am standing alone at midnight by myself ( a 55 yr old woman)
half hour goes by... I call hotel again and not easy for someone to answer. Oh the shuttle got full I was told so they have to send another one,
REALLY so another 15 mins go by no shuttle, half hour later, I see the shuttle, here it comes....and flys right by me as I'm screaming STOP!!

No blanket? just sheets I was cold so I went to front desk to ask for a blanket, Sorry their locked up, heres some more sheets.
In all fairness they looked to be very short staffed. and the room was clean but not worth the price

MMillerCatherineI looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right.
The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for.

GGuest UserYou know that experience when you notice something wrong with a hotel room and you think, ”Oh, that's no big deal, I can live with it,” so you unpack and get settled? But then you notice another flaw, and another, and another. That's what happened to our family at this hotel. I noticed the chip in the enamel on the bathtub right away, then later the hole in the wall by the towel rack that was never repaired, then the missing bar on the security door lock, and finally the lack of a stopper for the bathtub drain (this time I went down to the front desk to get one, none available, was told to use a washcloth). Are all the rooms like this? Not willing to take a chance, will go to a different hotel the next time we need to stay near BWI.

WWhiteWe were initially placed in a room that had an unpleasant odor and where lights weren’t working. After requesting a different room we were informed that there had been a flooding incident in our original room which resulted in electrical problems with the lights. Why were we put in that room in the first place? We were moved right across the hall into a room “with a much better view” according to the desk clerk. Again, why weren’t we given the better room initially? That being said, the breakfast buffet was good and most of the workers encountered were both friendly and helpful.

LlgwxyrThe hotel is not far from the airport, the room is not large and clean, especially like this couch in front of the window, the room has coffee maker, microwave. Breakfast is a decent American breakfast, and there is also a fast food restaurant not far from the hotel. The hotel has a parking lot, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport. You need to make a reservation in advance from the airport to the hotel, and he will tell you what gate is at the airport and so on. Reservations from the hotel to the airport can be made upon check-in.
