Americas Best Value Inn

Not only was the facility not clean. It also had ants in the bathroom all over the floor our blanket was dirty. The coffee pot was dirty and the tray underneath it was dirty the pool and hot tub. We’re both closed however I don’t think we would’ve used them anyways because when we walked in there, they appeared dirty as well. They did not tell us this upon checking in and offered no compensation when we found out. The only thing that seemed truly clean was the sheets. I did message this property requesting at least a partial refund however they never responded.

Poor Hospitality I booked two rooms for four people each (8 people total). The only rooms they had were king suites, so we assumed in order to sleep four, the couch must pull out into a bed. Which we were fine with. It did, but there were no pillows and blankets for the pull out beds! We called to get some and the front desk tried to tell us we would have to pay extra for them!?!? If I book a room for four people, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to get bedding for four people. We finally got him to agree to give us the bedding and then he said we would have to go get them from the front desk ourselves. It should have already been in the rooms. Then, even though we had one booking for two rooms, our rooms were not even on the same floor. The room on the main floor was FREEZING and would not warm up even when set to 90. The other room was ridiculously hot and would not cool down, even when we turned it off. For reference, it was about zero degrees outside. Wouldn’t have complained about the temperature but the rude customer service (or lack of) warranted a review.

This is an excellent property with a phenomenal staff. Thank you for making me feel at home!
