I recently stayed at this hotel called the Magistic, and I have to say that the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we were confronted with persistent cigarette odors in the rooms, which was extremely unpleasant. The lack of working heating made the cold nights uncomfortable. The only means of heating was a noisy air conditioner, making it difficult to rest. The bathroom also left something to be desired: a single light bulb in the middle provided insufficient lighting, and the shower leaked everywhere, flooding the room after each use. The breakfast was minimalist, far from what one would expect, even in terms of basics. For a property of this category, it was a real disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel and hope that some improvement will be made to these many negative points.

An outdated and totally dilapidated hotel... worthy of the 70s. Apparently no investment has been made for decades. The rooms are certainly spacious but from another time....you would have to adjust to modern hotels! The restaurant's menu is very very theoretical...not everything is available (by far) and the presentation of the dishes is not very professional. The PdJ is free but basically worthy of a barracks. Finally, an atmosphere of sadness emanates from this hotel. For what ? But for me.....never again other hotels certainly a little more expensive exist in Annaba....but never again this one.
