I enjoyed my stay at Point Pleasant! The staff was really nice and the views from our Villa were amazing. However, I was not impressed with the conditions of our bathroom which looked outdated and not fully clean. Aside from that everything else was wonderful.

The property is pretty dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The views are wonderful and gorgeous. We would stay again.

It was really nice. It’s a lot of hills to walk the property but they shuttle you around the anywhere you want to go on property. I was alone and I felt safe. The staff was really nice. Cokie Point beach and Ocean World is walkable if you have the energy. I did it and the beach was awesome. The condo was really nice.

Walkable to Coki Bay, where we found the clearest water between St Thomas and St John. Friendly staff. Always felt safe. Nice food options and a short ride to Red Hook. We had an amazing time! Highly recommend.

This property has fantastic views! The staff - Willie and Jean I believe were fantastic staff that helped us with all of our accommodations. Our rooms were great and comfortable. We would love to visit again!

Very convenient spot to take the ferry to St.John. Very close to restaurants and the most awesome place to hang out on the island, Duffy’s Love Shack. Our second time there we loved it so much and had to come back

The first day I took the cab, the driver was very rude to me when I asked him the fare. He was like “decide if you want to go or not”. That’s not how you treat your guests. They have the right to ask fare beforehand and compare prices. I took the same taxi anyway and reported the behaviour to the front desk. I wasn’t told what action was taken though.

Window is broken, no complement coffee, no room cleaning service, I have to ask for extra towels 3 times, the place has nice view but we can’t really enjoy sitting out in the patio because of the horrible smell. Also there was a power rotation so we couldn’t sleep due to no AC
