This community is less than 7-minutes drive from downtown, shopping, bars, restaurants, groceries, and a short drive to several beaches. Due to the lack of sidewalks in the community, I don't recommend walking.The Townhouse features custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets made of Central American Mahogany, big living room with high ceilings. Sunny (screened roof) atrium with indoor garden….which opens to the skies. Indoor kids play area.
