I stayed here 7 days, it made me felt like a home. Everything is good. Nice stuff and clean area. It’s very convenient to go everywhere. Nice coffee room but I wish when I come back next time the hotel could provide breakfast.

Small room for 4 pax sharing. Got hotel coin laundry but only one machine work.

I went to visit my daughter and booked this hotel. The sanitation is OK. It is also convenient to go to the University of Michigan by bus. Bus No. 6 and Bus No. 62 are both OK. It is cost-effective.

I liked the hotel, it was clean, and staff was doing their job perfectly. However, some of the furniture and carpet was old.

We did not like the fact that they turned off the water to our room and they did not tell us that they were turning the water off they turned it off for the entire day without warning so we had no water in our room and the stairs leading up to our room after we requested to be put on the first floor because my husband walks with a cane were broken stairs I almost fell off the steps because the step broke and leaned backwards I tripped on it thankfully caught my balance or I would have felt and bashed my head off the concrete and the hotel staff was extremely rude about the situation they misgendered my husband they kept calling him she and ma'am on the telephone when we called to complain about the problem in our room and the fact that the steps were broken and we asked for a full refund and they said that they were not going to give us a full refund they were only going to refund us the one night because we were checking out early we didn't mean to speak to a manager they repeatedly told us that a manager was not on the premises and that one would be back in the building the next day we called for two days and there was no manager available for us to speak to for two days straight so we had given up after two days straight thankfully they did refund our money but we do not believe that that was still compensation for the trouble that we went through with this property we recommend that people do not stay at this hotel it's NASTY!

Friendly and professional staff. The only issue was that the towels smell like they only use water to wash them. They don’t smell clean.

Rooms are comfortable. Coffee in the main office but no breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel several times and had no issues. Always felt safe in this neighborhood.

I’m still owed $80 from this establishment. I have been waiting for my refund in either monetary form or a free night and have yet to receive either

We neve got to stay, the Manager kicked us out. My sister and I were kicked in the cold, because my sister's touch the wrong key, and cancelled out the transaction. , The manager simply got angry and though us in the streets.
